Pros:

The bed was comfortable. The breakfast room was excellent and plenty of choice. The hotel has such a good amount of staff and they are really helpful, nothing was too much trouble.

Cons:

1) Pillowcases rather hard, maybe a few softer ones.
2) Some non-alcohol wine in the restaurant as many people need to drive.

Nothing else everything great.

Pros:

Simple, you know what you’re getting

Cons:

A female member of staff on reception chewing gum. This is not acceptable to me in a customer facing role especially when serving guests. It’s rude.

An amazing experience. We would definitely stay again.
Pros:

Every interaction with the staff was a pleasure. Hannah, Jack and Jaz were knowledgeable, helpful and dedicated to ensuring that every guest had a great experience. We loved our stay.

Comfortable stay - a few improvements needed.
Pros:

Quiet room and fairly comfortable. I didnt have breakfast so cannot comment here.

Cons:

Room was ok, no plug sockets by the mirror which made it difficult to dry and straighten hair in the morning. Only plug sockets were by the TV, not even one by the bed to charge phone. TV didnt work either as ariel cable had come out and couldnt find where it went. I didnt mention this at the time as was tired and I had my ipad so can't complain about that.

Good for one night or short break
Pros:

Good location for our stay. Manageable size. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Ease of access to car park and rooms. Able to check in early. Comfortable beds

For the price it far exceeded my expectations in every way
Pros:

The location and parking were perfect. The room was spacious quiet and clean. Breakfast was great. Fantastic value.. I was surprised by all of the above for the price it far exceeded my expectations.
