The team leader was attentive and professional. There was a problem with the room. He was able to change the room for us right away.

Staff were very helpful and friendly, the room was warm and comfortable and very clean. The food was good value and breakfast was a good mix of continental and cooked. Plenty of parking.

Great location to park and walk back to Cambridge centre or the interesting shops on Mill Road - helpful staff
Found shower had leaked on the evening-so toilet area was soggy underfoot but we reported it on leaving next morning- had a problem connecting to wi fi to start irrespective of having stayed there many times before and generally comes up no problem-reception helpful in advising though.
