10
Multiple reviews repeatedly mention the hotel as 'clean', 'very clean', 'super limpio' and 'clean neat', indicating excellent cleanliness throughout the property.
Service
9.1
Service is commonly praised—staff described as 'friendly', 'helpful', 'professional' and a manager was 'very helpful'—though isolated comments note a 'rude' front-desk member and occasional limited visibility of staff.
Location
8.9
Location is frequently noted as convenient and close to the interstate and local attractions; one guest found the building tucked away and a little hard to find, but the area felt safe.
Room Quality
7.5
Rooms are described as 'nice' and 'comfortable' with good beds and showers, but issues include dim lighting (not ideal for reading), antiquated furniture, and at least one comment about a problematic bathroom.
Amenities
7.5
Amenities have positives (indoor pool, 24/7 coffee, helpful facilities) but notable negatives: 'WiFi and TV are horrible' and some complaints about locks and lack of bottled water in rooms.
Value for Money
8
Mixed signals: several guests call the price 'great' and good value, while others complained (no complimentary breakfast despite price) and suggested better alternatives for price vs. value.
Food and Beverage
8.5
Breakfast was praised by many ('awesome', 'good', 'fabulous') and coffee availability noted positively, but some guests reported no included breakfast or a subpar morning meal.
Overall Experience
8.5
Overall stays are generally positive—guests called the property 'nice', 'awesome', 'very quiet' and recommended the hospitality—offset by noise from nearby restaurant/bar late at night and some service/amenity drawbacks.
