Das Personal ist ausnahmslos freundlich und zuvorkommend; man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an herzlich willkommen. Die Zummer begeistern mit einer überdurchschnittlichen Grösse, einer geschmackvollen Ausstattung und einer tadellosen Sauberkeit; hier lässt es sich wirklich entspannen und wohlfühlen.
Ein besonderes Highlight war unser Abendessen im NYnLON. Die Küche war fein und hat den gelungenen Aufenthalt perfekt abgerundet.

We stayed in this hotel as a family of four during our visit to London. The hotel is renovated and clean. We enjoyed delicious breakfast. Location is absolutely the best. There is underground and a train station right there, so it is very easy to get around the city and even make day trips out of London. Most of the touristic attractions are accessible by walking.

We stayed at this property many many times when it was the Crowne Plaza before covid. Now it has reopened under Hyatt we were very interested in staying again.
and we are so glad we did. The position of this hotel, over the road from Blackfriars station and in the city area but walkable/busable to the centre, is perfect for us. We were greeted very professionally and welcoming by the staff. Nothing was too much trouble. The hotel has been greatly improved in all areas and looks great. we booked a standard room which was small but totally adequate. It had everything we need and was extremely quiet and comfortable. The breakfast looked amazing but we had reservations elsewhere so didnt try it. The hotel has been done out really nice and the the restaurants seem to have changed for the better as we never ate in there in the past. Check out was smooth and again staff very helpful. Will definitely be staying there again.

Depois de mudar 3 vezes de quarto, achei a acomodação ok. Dos hotéis da rede Hyatt que já fiquei esse foi o que menos gostei.
Barulho, e não falo de barulho externo, barulho estrutural do prédio. Quando solicitamos a troca de acomodação nos colocaram em um quarto super apertado, na terceira tentativa nos foi oferecido um quarto ok. Na verdade o hotel é bem barulhento, o café da manhã é uma insanidade…já se trata de um serviço mais barulhento que as outras refeições mas nesse hotel é impressionante o barulho mas graças a gentileza do Alex (Maitre) ele nos acomodou em um anexo, o inconveniente era que tínhamos de sair desse anexo e ir para o restaurante, tudo em nome da paz! Quero deixar registrado a gentileza da Mara e do David, excelentes.
The hotel is located in a great location, right next to the Circle Line/Blackfriars station and is clean. However it is definitely not a 5 star hotel. The food/food service were terrible and the dining room staff were mostly non responsive. The food was so bad, we jokingly called the soup Thames water. Breakfast is steep at 35£ pp and the eggs were powdered and coffee in short supply (we had to ask several time). I might stay there again, but plan on keeping your own food in the in-room refrigerator or eat out.
