Pros:

La struttura è stata ripresa dal Crowne Plaza che c era prima ed ora è gestito da Hyatt. Siamo tornati qua in quanto in passato ci eravamo trovati bene e la cosa si è riconfermata. Camere belle grandi, letto molto comodo, ed ottima posizione di fronte alla stazione Blackfriars

Cons:

Mi è difficile capire ed accettare come sia possibile per una struttura a 5 stelle del gruppo Hyatt NON avere un offerta di ristorazione nei weekend. C è un ristorante dell’hotel dal lunedì al venerdì ma nel weekend o si mangia al bar che c è all entrata (con offerta limitata) o in camera (ed io non sono un fan del room service per via dell’odore di cibo poi in camera). Non volendo uscire per stare tranquilli, visto che anche pioveva, volevamo mangiare nell’hotel. Essendo sabato sera però purtroppo il ristorante era appunto chiuso! Questa cosa non è normale per un hotel a 5 stelle, non può non esserci almeno un ristorante aperto.
Non ci sono inoltre le scale, quindi ci si può spostare nei piani solo con gli ascensori. Nel corso delle 3 notti che siamo rimasti lì un ascensore dei 3 non funzionava, quindi c era spesso una lunga attesa (visto che nessuno poteva prendere delle scale).
Difficile accettare queste sbavature per una struttura a 5 stelle.
