Pros:

Good location. Good facilities. Nice room. Concierge service was excellent…. Agnes is a gem. She knows her stuff. An asset to the hotel.

Cons:

Check in process can be improved and faster. If there is a queue of people waiting to check in, there is probably no need for staff to go thru the whole list of hotel facilities (eg breakfast times, pool access process, etc). Guest can read themselves. Turnaround times will be quicker.

كانت تجربتي مخيبه للامال
الاستقبال جاف وبارد واهتمام ضعيف بالضيف ويفتقر إلى الترحيب والابتسامه
رغم وجود حامل الامتعه بالفندق لم يتم تقديم الخدمه لي
مستوى الفندق اقل بكثير من المتوقع والصور الي في الموقع
الغرف قديمه السرير غير مريح والمرافق عاديه جدا
اللوبي متواضع
السعر مبالغ فيه كثير
تقيمي له اقل من الوسط
لن اعيد تجربتي في هذا الفندق أبدا

היתה לנו חוויה מצוינת
Pros:

מיקום מצוין. המלון מרשים, נקי, מעוצב באלגנטיות. קיבלנו קומה 40 עם הנוף הכי יפה בעיר.
החדר היה מרווח מאד המיטה סופר נוחה וחלומית - ישנתי מצוין.
חדר הכושר היה ברמה גבוהה - כיף להתאמן בגובה העננים.
הצוות יוצא מן הכלל - אדיב ומסביר פנים, שירות מצוין. הקונסיירז' עזרה לנו והיתה מקסימה.

Cons:

ארוחת הבוקר היתה טובה אבל קצת מאכזבת בתחום המאפים, שהיו קצת יבשים אבל אהבתי את החביתה הטובה שהוכנה בהזמנה אישית.

Perfect for staying in Warsaw.
Pros:

Modern, very well designed, lovely breakfast and excellent evening meal, staff were very polite and professional. Rooms a large and beds are extremely comfy. Parking is safe and secure underground, which is great for motorbikes.
