Pros:

ארוחת הבקר היתה בינונית מינוס. ממש לא מפתה ולא עשירה. במלון הסמוך ארוחת הבקר עשירה יותר!

Cons:

הכל במלון ישן. מקרר בחדר מרעיש. בעיה בזרם המים החמים. כיבוי האורות מסובך, לכל מנורה מפסק..... בכל מיני פינות בחדר.

Piękny pokój z dużym biurkiem .
Widok z okna na centrum .
Przepyszne śniadania jedne z lepszych jakie jadłem.
Miła obsługa przy recepcji .

Cons:

Przyzwyczajam się , że na śniadaniu w hotelach mały wybór ciast :)

Pros:

We had a One Bed Suite. Lovely room but the pillows were not very supportive and too lightweight and the bed cover didn’t fit the king size bed. It would have been better on a Queen bed

Pros:

Hotel w centrum, wszędzie blisko. Doskonałe śniadania, duży wybór oraz live cooking i pyszne jajka po benedyktyńsku.
Zalecam dopłacić do pokoju na wyższym piętrze-niesamowity widok a zwłaszcza wieczorem. Łazienka duża w której jest i prysznic i wanna. Windy szybkie. Obsługa bardzo miła i uprzejma. Basen na 49 piętrze i panorama warszawy.

Cons:

Z basenu można korzystać godzinę dziennie..
Przy zameldowaniu Pani widzac mnie przy kontuarze recepcji nadal wycierając kurze z szafki zapytała z ignorancją "słucham", może według nie nie byłam dość "drogo" ubrana aby zameldować sie w takim hotelu, dosam że byłam w jeansach i koszulce. Oczywiście sytyacja się zmieniła gdy Pani zobaczyła że moja rezerwacja jest i już jest opłacona. Odrazu zrobiła się miła ale to pozostawiło duży niesmak. Taka sytuacja nie powinna mieć miejsca.

Szybko zapomnieć - 8 lat temu zasługiwał na 5 gwiazdek dzisiaj naciagane 4.

Personel hotelu oraz śniadania i kolacje na przyzwoitym poziomie.
Duża łazienka z dużą wanną.

Głośna klimatyzacja z pozoracją regulacji temperatury.
Ręczniki i szlafroki wyglądające jak stare, wielokrotnie prane w niewłaściwy sposób, szorstkie w dotyku - zapewne wynik stosowania "zielonych technologii".
Wykładzina podłogowa nie ukrywa swojego postarzałego wieku.
Absurdalnie krótkie wylewki baterii umywalkowych (wystaja kilka centymetrów nad miskę umywali) uniemożliwiają umycie rąk, zalewają blat wokół umywalek (stare plamy na blacie świadczą że to nie nowy problem).
Wrażenie nastawienia na masowego turystę.
