Cons:

Jest duży problem z hałasem w pokoju! Mimo 31 piętra słychać hałas z ulicy. No i bardzo GŁOŚNY system nawiewu, ogrzewania pokoju, masakra!

התארחנו במלון ממש לפני הכריסמס ונהננו מאוד.
Pros:

מלון במרכז במיקום פנטסטי ובסמוך לו מספר קניונים גדולים. ארוחות בוקר טובות ודשנות. צוות מצויין, במיוחד הקונסייג׳! נסיעה קצרה במונית מובילה לכל אתרי התיירות הפופולריים.

Cons:

המזרונים היו עם שקעים מרוב שימוש, שזה מובן, אך נדרש להחליפם בתדירות סבירה. היה קשה מאוד לישון ולאחר שהתלוננו החליפו לנו חדר עם מיטה ומזרון נוחים יותר.

Pros:

Aleksandra W. and Kacper at the guest lounge brought the whole experience together. They were both attentive, friendly, and extremely professional. Aleksandra provided the most exquisite macaroons and Kacper provided his special "Devilv2" during our time at the lounge. Would highly recommend.

Great hotel but there is space for improvement
Pros:

General impression is nice. Room, restaurant and staff in restaurant are great.

Cons:

We don’t expect some extraordinary things from staff but there was absolutely no sense of „welcoming“. Whenever I had some question or request there was 0 friendliness, simple manners, I don’t say 5 star. People from bar and reception (except of ginger hair girl - she was sweetheart) should have a training. And small things like: no battery in the scales, broken shower and this attitude really influence stay.

Pros:

Das Frühstück ist grandios. Die Auswahl an Speisen ist nicht nur sehr groß, alles ist auch von höchster Qualität. Der Speisesaal hat ein wunderbares Ambiente - hell und freundlich eingerichtet mit viel Tageslicht.
Auch das Personal ist im gesamten Hotel sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Natürlich ist auch der Pool ganz oben im 43. Stock ein Erlebnis, da man einen traumhaften Blick über die Stadt bekommt.

Nichts, alles war bestens.
