All staff we were encountered were extremely friendly and helpful, from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. This is in a fabulous location close the centre of Salisbury plus has super views of the cathedral. The room was neat and well appointed - we were able to login to our NowTV on the TV in the room and watch the golf! It's a lovely venue for a small wedding but equally great for a visit to Salisbury.
My only issue was that the hanging space in our room wasn't tall enough to hang a knee length dress which I had brought for the wedding that I was attending at the hotel. I had to hang it on the door closer.
The cleaners had also missed one or two of the less obvious spaces such as the shelf above the hanging space - my husband put his jumper there and it was very dusty when we took it out.
Bellissimo hotel con parcheggio situato ad una decina di minuti a piedi dal centro di Salisbury. La nostra camera era ampia e pulita. Punto di forza il giardino sul retro che affaccia sul canale e sulla cattedrale dove potersi rilassare e godere della vista.

Well located hotel close to Salisbury and a short pretty walk. Beds were adequate, super clean. Garden and views of the river and Salisbury cathedral spire were very nice.
Breakfast was a disaster, terrible taste and the cooking was not four star standard. Coffee was really undrinkable. If they changed the chef or learnt to cook would stay again.

Te ofrecen una cama extra grande y te dan una queen, la explicación que te ofrecen es que cumplen ya que su medida va de 1,50-2,00 y cumplen el mínimo
Tiene dos plantas sobre el nivel bajo sin ascensor. Creo que las reservas por plataformas nos tratan peor y nos dan esas habitaciones del ultimo piso
Really lovely hotel and freindly Staff, even showed me to my room on arrival, and I did not use this and enjoyed a nice walk in to town, but the hotel provide a free shuttle bus in to the town.
I did enjoy my stay, only one thing, as I was serving my breakfast on my plate, it was not till the end i noticed there were no eggs, later finding you needed to order fresh, which is great, but to late for me.
A really great hotel in a fab location within an easy walk to Salisbury Cathedral
We had some problems with hot water but that was soon sorted and the staff were great in dealing with it
Ideal situation, shuttle bus to city centre was useful, views, outside seating and rooms were great.
Nora on reception was a multi tasking genius!
