Great for a stay in Salisbury with convenient parking and nice well appointed rooms.
Pros:

Excellent parking and attractive building. Near to city centre, pleasant walk into the town or free shuttle in the evening available. Nicely decorated room which looked as if it had been recently updated.

Cons:

Not sure about the bar and restaurant area. Didn’t use it so can’t comment.

Very good, will go again.
Pros:

The view, building, garden , and staff all excellent . Even a shuttle bus was offered in the evening, which was very good. The room with a vie was spacious and very comfortable - except for the shower space. A very nice walk into town , via the cathedral and its gardens.

Cons:

I am tall ( 6' 6") and it was very difficult for me to shower without knocking myself out, as there was a triangular piece of ceiling ( roof?) sticking into the shower area. I could of course asked for another room, but did not notice the problem until it was too late.

Leider ist der Kaffee nicht so gut...wir haben am 2 Tag Tee getrunken zum Frühstück der war ok aber auch nicht der Beste.

Last min stay
Pros:

It was a beautiful hotel and right what we needed after a long day travelling. Very comfortable and clean . Staff were excellent also they had a shuttle bus into the town which was a good idea .

Cons:

The shower could have been a bit more powerful.

Modern clean hotel with helpful efficient staff. Good location and adequate free parking. Good breakfast. Also good value lunch menu.

Cons:

Some guests may find the absence of a restuarant for evening meals a shortcoming We however generally prefer to eat out so the free on demand shuttle bus service was an excellent offering.
