Guest Reviews
The breakfast was good, held me till lunch. The breakfast set up was easy to see and find what you wanted. The outside area was easy to walk our dog. The security doors was a plus, to use key card to enter.
Flat pillows will take our own, next time. Used two, still not enough. No other complaints.

Our room was clean.
Upon check in there were men lingering outside in the pull up area to the lobby just laying around in the parking lot. When we went to the hallway of our room temperatures were 80+ the whole time we were there. We had a concert to attend that night and it was SO HOT from the moment we left the room to getting outside. When we came home from the concert, while parking our car, we circled the building to get us closer to the side with our room. And when circling the parking lot found a group of homeless people sitting around outside the trash area. Very uncomfortable situation while getting out of our vehicles at night to walk into the hotel.. Will not stay here again. Nor would I recommend anyone else to stay here.
The pillows are super flat
The personnel all seemed very happy in their work and represented the term "southern Hospitality" to the max. We would like to recognize front desk Tonya, Alisha, Kap, and Breakfast Barrista and Hostess Wendy for making us feel extra special like family!
While the room pricing was higher than we normally spend, it was offset by the extremely delicious and so many options of a full breakfast that if we had to buy outside, would more than make up the difference. Whenever we may have occasion to return to Jacksonville, your Hampton Inn will be our temporary home.
