Great location and great views
Pros:

The views from the windows and the rooftop are the best part of the hotel!

Cons:

I didn’t like that the air conditioner didn’t cool enough and that the rooms smelled like incense from a cathedral.

Accueil parfait, chambre bien isolée et Propre, salle de bain douche très agréable, repas en terrasse surplombant la ville extraordinaire.

Pros:

Location, friendly & helpful staff. Great rooftop bar with views over Bologna. Good breakfast.

Cons:

Rooms on 2nd & 3rd floor had paper cups for tea/coffee etc. Mugs & glasses would be much better.

Good staff & breakfast, but misled by extra fees and misleading 4-star amenities
Pros:

The staff were consistently friendly and welcoming throughout our 4-night stay. The included breakfast was good quality with plenty of options. Location was convenient for exploring Bologna.

Cons:

Prospective guests should be aware of several hidden costs and hotel policies that do not align with standard 4-star expectations:
Terrace Fee: While advertised as a key feature, staying hotel guests are required to pay a mandatory €15 per person drink fee to access the rooftop bar after 5:30 PM.
Kitchenette Surcharge: The Junior Suite includes a kitchen, but guest access requires a separate daily fee.
Room Size & Amenities: Rooms were quite small with very basic amenities (feels more like a 3-star property compared to other European 4-star hotels).
Key Policy: Guests are required to surrender physical room keys to reception every time they leave the building.

Urlaub zum Genießen!
Pros:

Das Hotel Touring in Bologna ist absolut empfehlenswert. Es liegt direkt in der Innenstadt, die Zimmer sind sehr komfortabel und ruhig, die Sauberkeit im Hotel ist beeindruckend, Frühstück, Bar und Rooftop-Bar suchen Ihresgleichen, Parken konnten wir in einer abgeschlossenen Garage, es gibt einen Lesesaal und einen romantischen Innenhof. Aber das Beste im Hotel Touring ist das Personal: immer freundlich und hilfsbereit - egal mit welchem Wunsch man sich an die Mitarbeitenden wendet. Wir waren acht Nächte zu Gast und sind nur sehr ungern abgereist. Vielen Dank!!

Ein besonderes Hotel im Zentrum von Bologna
Pros:

Eine glatte 10.0 Berwertung. Ein Hotel mit der besonderen Gewissenhaftigkeit und Schönheit bis ins Detail. Alles sehr liebevoll geplant und umgesetzt. Modern und sehr sauber! Großes, sehr schönes Badezimmer. Grandioses Frühstück. Freundliche Mitarbeiter. Zum Zentrum (Piazza Maggiore) sind es weniger als 10 min Fußweg. Wirklich ein besonderes Hotel.. Komme sehr gerne wieder.
