Stuff were polite and helpful.
Location was perfect.
We were traveling with a 6-month-old infant. When we made the reservation, it stated that she could stay free of charge. After the reservation was completed, they sent us a message saying that a baby cot costs €20 per night. During the reservation process, there was no mention of this additional fee. It feels a bit shady to say that the infant stays free of charge during booking and then later charge extra for a cot, which is mandatory to have.
