Cold, noisy and stained bedding, not great.
Pros:

Good breakfast.

Cons:

Cold room, although requested quiet room we were in area people seemed to congregate before dispersing to rooms in all directions and next to fire door. Loud fan type noise going all night and could hear next doors every trip to bathroom.
Dirty marks on pillow slips.

Underwhelming and no WiFi. Urgently needs modernisation
Pros:

The hotel is in a good location and from the outside looks nice

Cons:

WiFi non existent. The whole hotel is in need of renovation. Not particularly clean and everywhere needs painting/ decorating or refreshing.

Overall a good stay with great location, but not as good as it used to be prior to Covid
Pros:

Breakfast was too long under heat which made sausages eggs bacon very hard and not freshly cooked

Enjoyable stay with the ability to walk to the town centre.
Pros:

Classic old world design. Fantastic location. Large car park. Very good breakfast. Decent WiFi.

Cons:

Some parts felt a bit run down. Decor was often a bit worn. Water system very slow to supply hot water in the rooms.
