Leonardo Hotel Leeds

Unloading and approaching the hotel is a disaster. Parking is far away especially for having a disabled guest.

Quiet and comfortable room. Very difficult to get any shampoo or shower gel out of the containers in the bathroom.
I've used the restaurant a few times and the service and food is good.

There was a party on our hotel floor with teenage boys running around drunk and slamming doors till 1am. We complained to management at 10pm but it took several hours for the boys to be thrown out. In the mean time, they repeatedly woke up our child. We asked to speak to management to complain in the morning but they were busy!
We only got a few hours sleep.
I think this hotel is more of a party destination then suitable for young families

Excellent value for money in comparison to some other pricier hotels in Leeds. Staff were friendly and helpful, room was clean and comfortable.
Breakfast wasn't the great, and the parking situation was really not clear on booking - car park is a 10 minute walk away at the docks and you pay every time tou leave so if going out in the day more than once, you pay more.
Probably would only stay again if we were going without the car/not going to need the car much, also wouldn't bother paying the extra for breakfast. If none of that is an issue for you then its a lovely little hotel for a very reasonable price.

Clean quiet and comfortable all I needed

Over all the hotel was great. Clean, nice breakfast and very helpful pleasant staff.
The thing that bugs me is I went for a shower and neither the shampoo or body wash bottles dispensed any liquid. I had to take them out of the dispenser holder, remove the tops and pour the product into my hand. I would still stay again but check things work before I use them.

Lovely B&B, very welcoming and a great location for exploring. Breakfast had to be ordered the evening before which is fine for cooked food but I’d have preferred a buffet for cereals, juices, tea and coffee etc

Check in was great, room was clean, everything nicely laid out

Disappointed on this occasion. Huge que and only one person on reception as I arrived with another for part of it. Almost robotic speak on trying to find out when can get in room. Bed wasn't very comphy on this occasion too. Didn't sleep well. Ended up checking out at 6am. Jus wanted to go home. Hope it improves for next time. Never had issues in the past so disappointed this time

Stayed 19th July, checked our 20th...the you man on reception when checking out was lovely...took time to have conversation, was interested and very helpful. He is a credit to your hotel!

Hotel is fine but shower was useless. The shower head would not stay rigid, meaning I had to hold the shower head to point it or lean right against the wall to get any water on.

Lovely clean hotel reception staff very helpful and the room was great
