Falta de cordialidade dos recepcionistas. Dificuldade de comunicação com a recepção. Liguei várias vezes, utilizei o número de WhatsApp e nenhum resposta. Lamentável.

O hotel facilita muito a experiência do turista que quer conhecer a cidade
Pros:

A estadia foi muito boa, o café da manhã superou as expectativas, a equipe foi super prestativa e atenciosa. A localização facilita o acesso a restaurantes e praias. Apesar do check-out às 12h, a possibilidade de deixar as malas no guarda-volume ajuda a quem quer curtir o último dia.

Cons:

Pequenos pontos apenas: ter sempre um tapete no banheiro para não molhar o chão e um lixinho no quarto (além do que fica no banheiro).

Pros:

A vista do quarto era maravilhosa. O quarto família era dividido em 2 quartos, muito conveniente. Café da manhã excelente, com bastante variedade e comida boa. A localização é ótima.

Cons:

A mobília e estrutura do quarto está bem gasta, a porta da varanda ta torta e o sofá meio rasgado, dando um aspecto de coisa velha e mal cuidada. Nada que tenha comprometido nossa estadia, mas merecia uma manutenção.

Quarto amplo e muito confortável. Ofereceram garagem sem aquele receio de sair e não ter mais vaga. Café da manhã muito bom e completo. Recomendo

A limpeza do box e do lugar onde colocamos shampoos e sabonetes, estava bem sujo
