I wouldn’t stay again because of the smell and lack of cleanliness.
Pros:

I liked the location.

Cons:

The lobby was dirty, and small. The elevators smelled like smoke. When I got to my room there were 2 large trash bags next to it. The room itself had dust in some spots. The phone didn’t even work.

De l'hôtel lui-même, pas grand-chose. La proximité du restaurant coréen où l'on mange très bien et la gentillesse de l’étudiante qui loue le bar devant l'entrée pour nous permettre de boire un café et manger un croissant.

Cons:

J'ai du demander un changement de chambre, car les moisissures et l'humidité dans la chambre.. (tapis humide, sûrement une fuite d'eau) faisait de cette chambre une catastrophe. L'ensemble du bâtiment n'est pas entretenu. Pas de frigo. À éviter. A l'image de la ville.. sale et gens pas sympas.

There was a lot of mold on the bathroom ceiling and the shower walls were dirty.
We could hear a lot of noise coming from outside.

It was OK, staff was great but carpet was disguising.
Pros:

The staff was very nice and helpful, you can see that they went in and cleaned the rooms. It was nice to have them clean the room everyday. Location was good as well. The room size was fair for NYC hotel, and I appreciated the double queen size bed.

Cons:

The carpet was so smelly and disguising. The first room we went into smelled so bad that we had to switch, thankfully the staff was nice and they switched us room. But that new room AC unit had issues. However, the hotel needs to clean the carpets or remove them.
