Didn't stay - had to check out - dirty and sketchy

Für einen 4-tägigen Aufenthalt mehr als in Ordnung!
Pros:

Das Hotel ist in Manhattan sehr gut gelegen. Von der Penn-Station sind es 10 Minuten zu Fuß und 3 U-Bahn-Stationen (1, R, Q, A, C, E) liegen auch in der Nähe. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. An meinem Tag der Abreise wurde mir vom Hotel Personal der Weg zum Flughafen detailliert erklärt und ich durfte mich in einem der Sanitärbereiche noch frisch machen (mir wurden die dafür notwendigen Utensilien zur Verfügung gestellt). Das Zimmer war sauber, die Handtücher frisch und weich.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist schon einwenig in die Jahre gekommen. Das Material des Schreibtischsessels platzte bereits größtenteils ab und auch der Kasten roch etwas "muffig". Die Homepage stellt das Hotel moderner da, als es ist. Die Option für Frühstück ist nicht gegeben.

Un hôtel très bien situé, pratique pour découvrir la ville
Pros:

L’emplacement de l’hôtel est excellent, avec plusieurs lignes de métro à proximité (1, C, E, F et M). De nombreux commerces sont accessibles à pied : Whole Foods Market, Trader Joe’s, Target et 7-Eleven ou CVS.
Côté restauration, il y a beaucoup de choix dans les environs. Nous avons malheureusement découvert trop tard le restaurant EJ BBQ Sushi, situé juste à côté de l’hôtel, qui propose de très bons sushis. Two Bros Pizza se trouve au bout de la rue et Johny’s Luncheonette est parfait pour un brunch. Plusieurs cafés sont également disponibles à proximité. Un micro-ondes est disponible à l’accueil.

La chambre pour quatre personnes était correcte. Les meubles sont un peu vieillissants, mais ce n’était pas un critère important pour nous. La chambre dispose de rangements pour les vêtements, d’un fer à repasser avec sa table, d’un coffre-fort ainsi que d’une cafetière avec café, thé et bouteilles d’eau renouvelés chaque jour.
L’eau du robinet est potable et bonne. La connexion Wi-Fi est satisfaisante.
La salle de bain est fonctionnelle et équipée de distributeurs muraux de shampoing, après-shampoing et gel douche. La literie est confortable.
L’hôtel offre la possibilité de garder gratuitement les bagages après le check-out, ce qui est très pratique. Le check-out tardif à 12h est également un véritable avantage, surtout lorsque l’on a un vol en fin de journée.

Cons:

Au rez-de-chaussée se trouve le bar The Rose. Les week-ends, l’endroit peut être animé et potentiellement bruyant pour les chambres situées aux étages inférieurs, car il y a beaucoup de monde dans le bar et sur la terrasse + musique forte. Nous étions au 11ᵉ étage et n’avons entendu aucun bruit.

Pros:

Great customer service, secure door locks, working private bathroom with plenty of hot water, daily cleaning and replacement of sheets/towels/toiletries/coffee. This is not a high-end hotel, it is a little dive-y, but that makes it more fun if you're travelling solo or with friends on a budget. It's a good deal with a private bath and excellent customer service. I had a great view and loved how I could prop the window open a little to let fresh air in the room.
