The staff was friendly. Breakfast was decent.
Pool was dirty and never got cleaned. Even after complaining about the film that was sitting on top of the water in the pool. The elevator was out for a day so we had to use the stairs.3rd floor.

Excellent location, off 231 and close to the beautiful Troy University campus, reasonable distance to downtown as well. Spotless common areas, extremely helpful, honest and friendly staff. Hirshey noticed I was struggling with my suitcase and other items to check put and she offered me to help and even loaded the suitcase in the car. I realized that I had forgotten a jacket on the bed in the room I had just vacated and the front desk staff immediately contacted housekeeping and and they went out of their way to find it, called me and let me know they had it and I went back shortly after to get it. It felt like all personnel was working as a team.
I am a big on details and I noticed a two corners in the bathroom of my room that could have used scrubbing.

No issues with property
You could have not given away my room with 2 queen beds for a family of 4. When asked for my arrival time I put between midnight and 1AM. I pulled in at 1:03 and my room was already gone.
Location of hotel is easy to locate, well lit parking lot .

The bed was very comfortable.
Shower was terrible. Water didn't drain. Had water up to my ankles before I was finished with the shower.
Hampton are always as expected which is what we look forward to. The staff were very friendly and helpful which is a bonus.

Hotel needs to be updated. The hotel lobby and room had a moldy odor. The elevator floor/tile was broken into pieces and had to be removed. The hotel receptionist was hardly ever available.

The room 134 needed attention. The door’s strike plate was missing. The top sheet was missing (the comforter insert had a partial top only duvet cover so it needed a top sheet.) The bathtub is in need a a good scrub. The bathtub ring and bottom looked like someone caked in dirt had taken a bath. I did not take a shower in it. The upside was the staff who are very attentive and cordial.

They gave us 1 room garbage cans full shower dirty

I booked 3 rooms and they credit me for one.l am a Hilton member
