Cons:

We booked a room through booking.com, paid in advance. When we arrived at hotel, they said, didn't have a room for us, fully over booked. We had to drive and get a room elsewhere and pay for another hotel. We have tried numerous times to get refund through booking.com and the Hampton Inn and still have not received a refund. I will never use or stay at either place again and will be reporting both for freud

Other than the dampness of carpet/ our stay was fine.

Cons:

They never cleaned my room from the first night I stayed. When I left at 7:50 a.m. and came back around 1:00 p.m. my room wasn't cleaned. The night I checked in they tried to give my brother and his wife's my room that they already put me in. The next day I was watching TV and the someone tried opening the door. They booked my room again. Then when I tried to check out they had me in the wrong room. For the amount of money they charge services should be a lot better.

Cons:

Pool was dirty and never got cleaned. Even after complaining about the film that was sitting on top of the water in the pool. The elevator was out for a day so we had to use the stairs.3rd floor.

Excellent service staff, great location.
Pros:

Excellent location, off 231 and close to the beautiful Troy University campus, reasonable distance to downtown as well. Spotless common areas, extremely helpful, honest and friendly staff. Hirshey noticed I was struggling with my suitcase and other items to check put and she offered me to help and even loaded the suitcase in the car. I realized that I had forgotten a jacket on the bed in the room I had just vacated and the front desk staff immediately contacted housekeeping and and they went out of their way to find it, called me and let me know they had it and I went back shortly after to get it. It felt like all personnel was working as a team.

Cons:

I am a big on details and I noticed a two corners in the bathroom of my room that could have used scrubbing.
