Sehr schöner, zentraler Ort für einen Citytrip mit Familie!
Pros:

Wir waren zu dritt und unser 15 jähriger Sohn durfte ohne Aufpreis mit übernachten. Halleluja! Das Zimmer war hübsch und zweckmäßig, an jedem Bett ne Lampe und Steckdosen, gute Ablagefläche, Kleiderbügel, Haken, alles sehr professionell ausgecheckt. Aber durch das 50er Jahre Flair des Hauses doch mit Charme. Die Betten waren prima, zwei Kissen, aber das Beste war das Frühstück ( wieder kein Aufpreis für den Sohn!!) mit Ilka, die uns betüdelt hat. Wir durften sogar noch Brezen für die Fahrt mitnehmen, vielleicht weil noch viel übrig war, auf jeden Fall toll für uns und gegen den Wegwerfwahnsinn. Wir kommen wieder.

Cons:

Das Klo ist nix für große Leute:-)

Very disappointed
Pros:

The location was nice, not too central and not too far away from everything.

Cons:

38°C in Berlin and I had to sign up to their email list just to get a bottle of water with my room.

Booked a double room but got a twin room.

Towel had brown/yellow streaks on it.

No coffee or tea making facilities.

The breakfast area had a coffee machine but The cups are too small so the coffee overflows. It tastes mediocre but they'll still try to charge you €3.00 for it.

Some small coins were stolen from my room.

The staff are fairly incompetent, if you want to buy an overpriced drink you'll be waiting 5 minutes while they figure out how to use the card machine. This became a problem when we were checking out - the taxi driver was waiting outside while the staff were trying to charge us the Berlin city tax. We had to leave as they took too long.

Could be nice but it's managed very poorly.

Super hotel
Pros:

Mir hat alles gefallen tolles hotel immer wieder zu empfehlen Personal sehr nett.

Cons:

Das auf den Zimmern keine Klimaanlage und Wasser kocher ist um sich mal ein Kaffee zu kochen.

The service staff were available and charming. Daniel from the reception was very kind and professional. The breakfast manager jlka was a lovely and smiling woman. Everything was fresh, clean and very tasty. Great place Great feeling.

Geniale Anbindung, ruhige Lage.
Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal, sehr gute Lage des Hotels in einer Seitenstraße nahe des Ku‘Damms. Zwischen zwei U-Bahnstationen, die direkt in Richtung Flughafen fährt. 2 Stationen muss man noch mit dem Bus fahren. Zimmer war im 6. Stock mit Ausblick auf gegenüber liegenden Häusern, Frühstücksbuffet sehr reichhaltig.

Cons:

Für mich hat alles gepasst, es gab nichts auszusetzen.

Całkiem fajny hotel
Pros:

Lokalizacja jest spoko. Naszym celem był stadion olimpijski i dostanie się do niego z hotelu było bezproblemowe, bo jedyne 10 minut spacerem i już jesteśmy na dworcu.
Parking dla samochodu jest na miejscu. Nam się udało zaparkować, ale uwaga bo jest tam jedynie 5 miejsc.
Czystość w hotelu ok.

Cons:

Dziwne zamieszanie w hotelu podczas naszego pobytu. Najpierw pojawiły się chyba problemy z systemem, bo do zameldowania zrobiła się olbrzymia kolejka. Później natrafiliśmy na ogłoszenia o dużym problemie w hotelu i prośbą aby przed wejściem do pokoju koniecznie skontaktować się z recepcją. Tam okazało się, że ten nieustalony problem był wczoraj, ale zapomnieli zdjąć kartek...
W lobby jest lodówka, ale wszystkie napoje były ciepłe.

Breakfast was nice.

Cons:

Took over one hour to check in. The line waiting for the check-in was going outside into the street. One person handling everyone and taking approx. 10-15 per person/ group, the other person staying behind him was actively looking into the monitor as if it was helpful (no, it was not). Not a single apology to anyone in the line for the entire process. The bathroom shower handle was broken, didn't stay in place at all, the pipe looked like its been there since 10 years. Hand soap dispenser was completely empty. Staying for one night there, I couldn't be bothered to ask for it to be refilled, taking into consideration the check-in time, I was scared it would take ages to have that fixed. Bed sheets had holes and should definitely be renewed.
