Pros:

Snídaně byly výborné, výběr tak akorát pro každého. Za nás výborná lokalita hotelu v klidné části, ale blízko k hromadné dopravě.

Cons:

Stěny v hotelu jsou "papírové". Slyšíte kompletně všechno nejen vedle v pokoji. Ale to je asi běžné.

Delayed check in and noise
Pros:

Size of the room was great and soap/ shampoo smells really nice. Great location.

Cons:

We and other guests were told that the room is available for check in at 4:30pm. They gave us late check out but only until 2:30pm. During the first night there was a very disturbing machine sounding noise in the room.

Schöner Aufenthalt
Pros:

Freundliches Personal, gutes, vielfältiges und immer aufgefülltes Frühstücksbuffet, alles sauber und gute Lage zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln und diversen Restaurants.

Das Geräusch der Eingangstüren zur Halle war sehr laut, und man konnte es noch deutlich von oben hören.

Cons:

Ausgezeichneter und freundlicher Service, alles für das Frühstück war vorhanden.

Das Hotel war gut.

Cons:

Der Lüfter im Bad,extrem laut. Der Parkplatz 16 Euro, naja es gibt nur 5 davon, aber als Höhepunkt 25 Euro für unseren Hund, so viel haben wir noch nie bezahlt, egal wo wir übernachtet haben.

Wir haben uns in dem Hotel wohl gefühlt und würden es auch wieder buchen.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr ansprechend und vielseitig.Man konnte sich sogsr frischen Ingwer Mize Tee machen.Besonders erwähnen möchte ich die Freundlichkeit der Dame,die für das Frühstück zuständig war.In der Nähe des Hotels gab es einige Lokale ,in denen wir essen konnten.Der Aufenthaltsraum mit Bar ist sehr gemütlich und wir konnten dort abends Spielen.

Cons:

Die zwei Handtücher,die wir auf den Boden gelegt hatten, wurden erst auf unsere Anfrage hin am zweiten Tag gewechselt.Es gab am ersten Tag gar keinen Zimmerservice.

Pros:

Liebes Team vom Garner Hotel Berlin,

vielen Dank für Ihre Gastlichkeit. Wir haben uns recht Wohl gefühlt. Besonders hat uns das Frühstück gefallen. Es war alles sehr liebevoll hergerichtet und es wurde immer sofort nachgelegt. Sogar Obst und Tee durfte ich mit auf das Zimmer nehmen. Ein kleines Obstmesser wurde mir sogar noch angeboten. Auch war die Kommunikation im Hotel recht gut.

Cons:

Nicht so super fanden wir die laute Lüftung im Bad. Diese sollte umgehendst repariert werden. Auch die Duschvorrichtung war etwas wackelig. Schlimm fanden wir auch die allgemeine Parkplatzsituation. Keine kostenfreie Plätze rund um das Hotel. Scheinbar war der komplette Bezirk nur mit Automaten versehen. Von Samstag zu Sonntag war aber kostenfrei. Wir haben während des Urlaubs die Hoteleigenen Parkplätze genutzt. Pro Nacht 16 Euro. War uns am Ende dann das Geld wert.

uncomfortable stay

Placement was good

Cons:

We initially booked a room for two adults and one child. When we arrived, the child’s bed was not prepared, which was disappointing. On top of that, once we unfolded the sofa bed, there was absolutely no space left to move around the room. It became impossible to walk through it comfortably. We also discovered that there was no bedding provided. Because of these issues, we had to move to another room. Unfortunately, the second room had a very strange and unpleasant smell. The odor was so strong that it was extremely difficult to sleep. I honestly couldn’t wait for the morning to come so we could leave. Overall, the whole experience felt very odd and uncomfortable. It was not a pleasant stay at all.
