Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at Garner Hotel Wilmersdorf. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well maintained, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was welcoming and relaxed. The location is also excellent – especially if you are attending a convention or event at Messe Berlin, as it’s very convenient to get there.

What truly made our stay exceptional, however, was the service. All the staff were friendly and helpful, but I would especially like to thank Hicham, who went above and beyond to assist us when our luggage was lost on our flight from Namibia. He took the time to help us communicate with the airline, followed up on the situation, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was sorted out. His kindness and professionalism made a stressful situation so much easier for us.

Thank you to Hicham and the entire team for such great hospitality. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Berlin.

It was good to reach and had many means of transport close (bus,subway)

Cons:

The noise from other rooms could be heard while laying in bed. One room on the floor above me kept moving furniture half the night and it was very loud. Also conversations from neighboring rooms and from the hallway could be heard

Appalling.
Cons:

When I arrived I was originally told my room
Was cancelled. After a short argument they finally admitted they had given away my room earlier as they had been busy. They told me they were going to have to move my room to another hotel but they would give me breakfast as compensation. The transfer to the other hotel cost me €20 and in the morning the hotel knew nothing about breakfast and refused to offer it to me.

Ненавящивый и приветливый персонал. Лёгкое заселение. Неплохой завтрак. Хороший частный номер.

Cons:

Нехватало стола для работы с ноутбуком. Кровать состоит из двух кроватей, которые могут разъезжаться ночью. Также не хватало чайника.
