It was clean..
the staff wasn't very friendly.. and they didn't process our key right we were supposed to be 2 days and were locked out after day one and had to have the key fixed.. the front door was messed up and the bathroom toilet was loose.. and the tub had just a hole for the drain and security was not great as about 3 am some random woman was knocking on doors and windows trying to get people to open up.. the breakfast wasn't what is as well at other day inns we've been at either with just mini waffles. and muffins.. just wasn't up to the days in experience for the cost..
The cleaning staff was excellent receptionist not so much location was pretty good activity around the property not so good but it will work for what they charge
Receptionist seem to have a bad attitude every day but going on on the property during the day but mostly after dark not so good
The staff here is great. We are from Flint, MI and we travel down here a couple times a year for motorcycles trips. We stay here everytime. Our rooms have been clean and the staff is always friendly and helpful!

I have enjoyed staying at this Louisville Airport Hotel for services and best is Location , For my work at expo was very convenient reach after having fill Free breakfast days was easy to run. Person at desk was good gentleman he guided me well.

This hotel is worse than the hotel featured in Hangover 2. I wouldn't stay here again even if it was FREE. Horrible smell, non working toilet, hair in both beds, cigarette burns on one comforter, oh and did I mention our car was burglarized. Horrible management and clearly no maintenance crew. TEAR IT DOWN....
The rooms are disgusting but the staff is even worse. I've never been treated so poorly in my life. Wouldn't recommend the breakfast, bugs literally come with it. While getting orange juice, I had Nats all in it, they're flying where the bread is stored, it's nasty. They also do not Clean the rooms, upon entering my room there was a OPEN condom wrapper, oil residue on the side table and the covers smelled of men's cologne. Whe. I woke up i had 3 bug bites on my face. The water doesn't drain when you shower, Nats fly out of the sink, toilets don't flush properly and the air barely works. There are guest smoking Marijuana in the rooms and sitting outside smoking in the public. Their Laundry area doesn't work and when it takes your money they will not return it. It took 8 days before anyone didn't lie about the gym, they all said my room card opened the door, I told them it didn't work & they said they'd tell manager, few days later I ask if it's fixed and a new lady says that's not even how it works to get in, you need a separate card. I stayed in several rooms and they're all the same issues. Tammy specifically at the front desk is a nasty mouthed woman, she doesn't know how to talk to people, coughs all over everything without washing hands and sits outside by the door the majority of the day smoking cigarettes. They'll lie and say they have no bottom rooms open, making a disabled woman walk up flights of stairs carrying her heavy luggage. I wouldn't let my worst enemy stay here. I could go on and on but I hope you get the point by now.
