Cons:

Folks hanging outside of the rooms and smoking marijuana, was not a kid friendly environment.

Not very clean, door did not even close all the way, we didn't stay the night because we were afraid of sleeping in the sheets,

Absolutely dreadful do not stay here.
Pros:

Nothing. It was in terrible condition. The room was dirty, the fridge & microwave were broken, the bed linen was stained.

Cons:

See above. It was truly awful. The worst place I have ever stayed at.
