The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious.

The pool was closed due to remodeling. The refrigerator wasn't very cold. The freezer was great and the pillows were flat.

First floor under construction both directions from front desk.Construction areas wide open to guest. Construction materials out in the open and in the stairwells. In an evacuation scenario would be unsafe.

Overall, it was clean and the people were nice until I got my credit card statement

They charged me for smoking in a room, but I did not smoke and it was a complete lie. They said the bedsheets were burnt, and it was not from me.

slightly disappointed because of the bed situation.
Pros:

A very nice hotel and the breakfast was really good.

Cons:

Had problems checking in and the King size bed was to high for my wife to get into, she had to sleep on the half chaise longe that was there. The bed situation was bad and I even asked the front desk if they had any type of step stool we could use and they did not.
