Pros:

Lighting was very dim. Options are good. Staff was excellent. Very kind, helpful and had smiles in their faces. Don't see that often.

Cons:

Sausage gravy had a chemical taste. Pull out couch had crumbs from previous guest. Elevator was in need of repair.

We had a great stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone.
Pros:

Check-in was easy, the staff were fantastic and responsive, the room and bathroom were clean and fresh. The offerings for the continental breakfast were great and appealing to all ages.

Cons:

The only room we saw for improvement was the pool area because it was a bit dark.
