Amazing staff especially Collin at reception. Sorted us out for partners birthday.
Pros:

The room was lovely

Cons:

Nothing much really. The shower got a bit too hot and you couldn’t really control the temperature very well.

Wedding trip
Pros:

Excellent location, very clean room, but a fridge would have been nice in the room though! I had very squeaky set of wheels from my suitcase and was able to borrow a can of WD40 from maintenance to solve the issue. All the staff were very helpful.

Rip off
Pros:

£245 for a twin room for one night is absolutely ridiculous, hotel clearly raised prices for a concert event, totally not worth what i paid, not even close

Cons:

The cost, £245 for one night is extortionate with nothing extra
