We had a lovely few days in Liverpool.
Pros:

Location was excellent. Our room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was outstanding as was the Italian restaurant 1931.

Cons:

The double glazing wasn’t great so room quite noisy from the street outside. Room would have benefitted from having a mini fridge and we had to call a couple of times to reception as the coffee pods and milk weren’t replenished.

Die Lage des Hotels - etwas entfernt von der trubeligen Innenstadt und an einer schönen, mit historischen Häusern bebauten Straße in der Nähe der prächtigen anglikanischen Kathedrale und der modernen katholischen Kirche - fanden wir sehr angenehm. Unser Wunsch nach einem Zimmer mit Backsteinwänden wurde erfüllt; wir erhielten ein besonders geschmackvoll und neu mit Holz und Stein eingerichtetes, lichtdurchflutetes Eckzimmer, vielen Dank dafür!

In dem Gourmetrestaurant des Hotels haben wir anlässlich meines Geburtstags gegessen, sowohl Speisen und Getränke als auch der Service waren ausgesprochen gut. In dem einfacheren italienischen Restaurant, in dem auch das Frühstück serviert wurde, war es ebenfalls nett.

Cons:

Es hat uns alles gefallen, selbst der Umstand, dass es am Abend durch Feiern im Hotel und der Umgebung etwas lauter wurde, hat uns nicht wirklich gestört, zumal es zur Nacht hin wieder ruhiger wurde.
