Prima verblijf voor een midweek
Pros:

Alles was naar behoren,vriendelijke mensen,behulpzaam,en alles zoals voorzien

Cons:

Eindelijk niks,voor deze prijs,alles wat je mag verwachten.
Bij het ontbijt wel zeer veel mensen die eten en drinken meenamen,zagen er flessen vullen ,daar kan beter op gelet worden

Reception staff were lovely and helpful
Pros:

The facilities for the children were quite good, lovely pools and nice comfortable beds

Cons:

Some of the staff were rude, bar staff would chat to themselves before deciding to serve you and my glass of wine got smaller as the week went on, not even up to the measure line. The waiting staff were unpleasant at breakfast.

Byliśmy tylko jedną noc i żałuję że nie dłużej by skorzystać z całej oferty hotelu

Hol na dole robi wrażenie, duży hotel, fajnie że są baseny niestety nie zdążyliśmy skorzystać, na śniadaniach szeroki wybór także każdy sobie coś znajdzie. Blisko Disneyland.

Good choice
Pros:

This hotel is ideal for families. I stayed with my family for 04 nights- in two connected rooms.
The room were spacious. The breakfast was great. The hotel provides Bus shuttle to/from Disney land.

Good location and close to the parks

Cons:

Out of the 5 nights that we stayed there, my room was left unlocked and open following the cleaning team visiting. This was raised to the reception team but subsequently ignored and nothing changed.

poor cleanliness and disappointing breakfast

The room decor and the location near Disneyland

Cons:

This was honestly one of the dirtiest hotels I have ever stayed in. I booked a two-bedroom suite and even paid for an upgrade, but the cleanliness was completely unacceptable. The room was not properly cleaned, and even after I specifically requested housekeeping, it still wasn’t cleaned properly.

The breakfast was very disappointing. There were almost no good options for children, and there was only one type of eggs available for all guests. What shocked me the most was that many of the plates in the breakfast area were visibly dirty and had food stains on them, which is completely unacceptable. I have attached photos because I couldn’t believe this level of hygiene. If the hotel is comfortable letting guests see this, then future guests deserve to know as well.
