Funcionários muito atenciosos desde o momento do check in. Fizeram a apresentação de todo o Castelo, nos ofereceram bebida fresca na chegada. A vista é extremamente agradável, pura essência da Toscana. O quarto super limpo, com um cheiro maravilhoso. Restaurante com pratos muito saborosos. Piscina termal bem grande, com diversas dimensões. Atende muito bem para família..
The views are incredible, even at night in the 24h pool. Food was very tasty. Reception staff was friendly too.
The rooms are tired. They are not 5 star. Would recommend they are all updated, new furniture, textures, USB plugs, Chromecast TV. The steam shower and jacuzzi in room also seems tired and needing replacement. The gym needs to be completely renovated too.
This hotel's exclusive selection of wine was incredible, the degustation was informative and fascinating, much appreciation towards the staff.

An absolutely magnificent castle in an unbeatable setting overlooking the Val d’Orcia. The breakfast was fit for royalty, generous, beautifully presented, with wonderful local produce. The staff went above and beyond at every turn, warm, attentive and genuinely helpful. A truly special stay, we’ll be back.

È uno di quei posti in cui speri di tornare appena vai via. La location è meravigliosa, ul cibo squisito ed in prezzi in linea con il servizio, terme fantastiche e tutti il personale ci ha fatto senitre davvero i benvenuti. Un'esperienza davvero bellissima. Ritorneremo sicuramente !!
Tutto!! Dalla gentilezza dello staff alla qualità dei servizi offerti e alla ristorazione tutto è stato magnifico! L aperitivo al tramonto al Dolce Vita uno dei migliori mai fatti! LA SPA e le piscina pulitissima e ben organizzato! Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo! Da provare la parte termale durante l inverno! Raccomandato!

O hotel é muito cara para o que entrega, principalmente os restaurantes e as opções adicionais, chega a ser um absurdo.
Beautiful, well kept resort. The grounds and views are stunning. Would highly recommend the wine tasting. The junior suite was lovely with a large bathroom and terrace.
Food was amazing but on the expensive side- similar to drinks. The breakfast selection is quite limited, their hot food was A La Carte and charged per item, even though our rate was B&B. The suite is very spacious and comfortable, although the decor did not quite match the rest of the building such as the bright red headboard and oddly coloured furnishings.
