Soggiorno bellissimo. La struttura è bellissima e offre una splendida vista sulla val d'Orcia. Abbiamo trascorso qualche ora nella spa molto curata e pulita, ottimo anche il servizio massaggi. La camera era ampia, pulita e confortevole e il ristorante ha soddisfatto pienamente le nostre aspettative. Esperienza da ripetere

Pros:

La struttura è fantastica, con uno staff gentile e accogliente che ha reso il nostro soggiorno speciale. La location è unica, circondata da panorami mozzafiato. Anche le camere sono eleganti e pulite e la SPA è il posto elegante per rilassarsi.
Non vediamo l’ora di ritornare!

Pros:

Soggiorno semplicemente fantastico. Struttura meravigliosa in una posizione unica, con panorami mozzafiato sulla Val d’Orcia. SPA termale eccellente, ristorante di altissimo livello e staff sempre gentile e professionale. Un’esperienza di vero relax, assolutamente consigliata.

il personale è molto disponibile e dispiace perchè passano le giornate a scusarsi con gli ospiti per l'inadeguatezza della struttura.

Cons:

temperatura molto fredda nell'area spa/piscine termali dove non è possibile rilassarsi... metà della spa era fuori servizio e la zona relax era congelata (giudizio condiviso anche con altri ospiti).
il ristorante Settimo Senso è imbarazzante... assolutamente over priced e di bassa qualità... il ristorante del pranzo è un baretto molto freddo che fa passare l'appetito.
sono arrivato con l'idea di non uscire dall'hotel (che sembra fantastico dai social) per 3 giorni ed invece ero sempre in giro in macchina, sotto la neve, a cercare ristoranti e cose da fare.
