Pros:

The check-in process was smooth, and the reception staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel also has an elevator, which was very convenient.

The location is excellent—right in the heart of beautiful Lugano and only a 2-minute walk from Lugano Central Station, where you can take the funicular. It was the perfect base for exploring the city.

The room was clean and a reasonable size.
The bathroom was modern, spotless, and seemed to be recently renovated.

Breakfast was satisfactory but fairly basic, with only a limited selection of items. Overall, we had a pleasant stay, and the hotel's excellent location and friendly staff made up for the few minor drawbacks.

Cons:

the air conditioning could be improved. During our stay, the outside temperature was around 36°C, and the room remained quite warm despite the AC.

habitación co2moda para descansar, ubicacion excelente del hotel.
Pros:

la ubicacion es excelente porque queda justo donde te deja el funicular y salis del hotel y estas en el centro que es bellisimo, a un paso del lago. El hotel es silencioso asi que se puede descansar muy bien.

Cons:

mi habitacion no daba al lago o al centro de la ciudad. Mi ventana daba a una pared.

Sehr nettes Personal. War nur eine Nacht.Direkt in der City.Aus meinen Fenster sah im Innenhof die Elektrische Bahn die hoch zum Bahnhof fährt.Stört aber nicht.Und man ist gleich am Bahnhof.Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig.
