Well-equipped room, coffee machine, good quality cosmetics.

Cons:

The air conditioning was very loud ! It had to be turned off at night, otherwise it was impossible to sleep.

Pros:

Location adjacent to the Lugano Bahn for easy access to main station. Short walk to town centre and lake.

La ubicación es perfecta sobre todo si tienes q utilizar el tren.

El desayuno no está mal, pero se podría mejorar.

Cons:

No me ha parecido muy bn lo de las botellas de agua q he dan y los vasos. Es cierto q se puede coger de forma gratuita.
Pero tengo dudas q esas botellas las entreguen sin q alguien haya bebido en ellas. Ya q observe como un cliente bebía de una botella q evidentemente le habían entregado en la recepción. Q es donde te entregan la botella cuando llegas para q luego la vayas rellenando durante tu estancia.

Ich werde das Hotel nicht nur weiter empfehlen, sondern sicher wieder kommen.
Pros:

Lage: Die Nähe zur Talstation des Funicolare!
Empfang: Das Angebot, sich vom Wasser zu bedienen. Nettes Personal an der Reception.
Beim Check-out: Dass ich mein Gepäck im Gepäckraum (sogar mit Locker) einstellen konnte.
Zimmer: Das grosse Bett. Gutes Leselicht.
Frühstück: ein überraschend gutes Angebot am Buffet

Cons:

Badezimmer: Die Stange für die Frotteetücher ist an einem unpraktischen Ort. (Besser wäre eine Stange gleich beim Brünneli.
Eine Senderliste für den Fernseher wäre eine Hilfe.

Malgré son emplacement idéal je ne choisirais cet hôtel sauf pour une nuit

L'emplacement idéal prés du centre, du port et de la gare.
La réactivité du personnel pour me trouver une autre chambre pour la suite de mon séjour.
Excellent matelas
Café dans la chambre

Cons:

Le bruit généré par le funiculaire selon la chambre que l'on vous a attribué.
La clim qui refroidi à peine et le bruit si on veut dormir avec.
Petit déjeuner basique mais il a au moins le mérite d'être inclus
