Great service
Pros:

Excellent. Comfortable beds. Great shower head. Very professional and friendly staff. They gave u s ticket for the bus. You can rent bicycles. It's at the very center of the city. I recommend this hotel.

Tolles Stadthotel mit gutem Frühstück
Pros:

- köstliches Frühstücksbuffet mit Brot, Gipfeli & selber pressbarem Orangensaft
- tolle Lage direkt in der Altstadt und nache vom Bahnhof
- Oropax zur Verfügunggestellt (mit geschlossenem Fenster und Oropax hörte ich nichts - trotz Lärmempfindlichkeit)
- grosses und schönes Badezimmer
- Daunenkissen
- Zimmer ohne Teppich
- Freundliches Personal

Cons:

- Gestaltung des Zimmers könnte etwas moderner/stilvoller sein
- das Bett war mir zu hart

Tolle Lage. Bequemes Bett. Frühstück wirklich sehr gut. Personal sehr freundlich & hilfreich. Quiet tine im Hotel 22.00 - 8.00 fand ich sehr gut.

Cons:

Obwohl das Hotel ein 'quiet time' hat, die junge Einwohner der Stadt die Nachts unterwegs waren, konnte man bis spät Nachts noch hören.
Wenn man selbst bis spät unterwegs ist dann stört es nicht aber mir keiner schon.

Alles bestens, sehr schöne praktische Einzelzimmer

Cons:

Leider hörte ich die Funicolare immer, was mich in den Abend und Morgenstunden störte

Super séjour
Pros:

Nous avons séjourné que une nuit mais tout était bien. La chambre spacieuse, l’emplacement était top. J’avais demandé une chambre au calme et ma demande a été prise en compte
