Very nice hotel. Would highly recommend for a short stay in Lugano.
Pros:

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. There was a small refrigerator in the room, and the room was air conditioned, which is not always the case in European hotels. The front desk staff member who checked us in was kind and helpful. Great breakfast selection. The hotel is at the bottom of the train station’s funicular, so getting back and forth to the station with our luggage couldn’t have been easier.

Relaxing , comfortable and close to Lugano ..I would stay again.

Pros:

Habs über booking.com gebucht und haben 118.- pro Nacht/pro Person bezahlt. Ich und die Mamma hatten eine etwas zu klein geratene Dusche aber beim Bruder war sie ok😅 das Frühstück war süss (hatte von allem eine angemessene Auswahl), saubere Zimmer, freundliches Personal, der bepflanzte Hof vor dem Hotel hat seinen Charme; und die Lage mitten im Zentrum ist hervorragend✨

Easy access from station . Nice staff. Right on the middle of old town
Pros:

Location. Very easy access to hotel from station by cable car . It starts right at station and stops at the front door of hotel. Hotel sent free voucher for the ride which is a highlight. Easy storage of luggage if you arrive early and leave late. Pay attention to the message hotel send to you before the stay, it has the link for the cable car voucher . DO NOT carry your luggage and follow the google map to the hotel. We missed our message and have to call hotel and hotel staff was very kindly to pick us in the middle of the stairs toward hotel.

A limpeza o quarto estava limpo os funcionários eram gentis

Cons:

Quando reservei procurei com estacionamento e no qual este hotel tinha . Mas quando cheguei ao hotel não tinha estacionamento.. O parque que me apresentado achei muito caro. Ouve se muito barulho que vem da rua . O quarto estava frio.
