Tolles Hotel, ganz cental in der Altstadt/Fussgängerzone von Lugano gelegen. Sehr ruhiges Hotel, da in einem Innenhof gelegen. Super freundliches, hilfsbereites und kompetentes Personal. Hotel schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber mit viel Charme, liebevoll und schön gestaltet. Zimmer etwas klein, aber trotzdem fühlte ich mich pudelwohl. Frühstück war sehr lecker.

Pros:

Lage sehr zentral, zum Bahnhof fährt direkt neben dem Hotel eine kleine Bahn, die man im Hotel aber nicht hört. Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr gut, Zimmer geräumig und sauber.
