Pros:

Great breakfast. Good and spacious parking that costs 25 eur per day. Clean and comfortable.

Cons:

The location! Even though it is close to the old town the area seems a bit shady with a lot of homeless people hanging around and people smoking weed in the park just across the street. The room has a bare minimum- a kettle and some tea and instant coffee bags.
