针对取消订单扣费的事我联系了酒店3天，平台里一直当僵尸。去了check in desk 3次，第一次一个女服务员告知我酒店没有因为取消订单而扣费，让我联系平台。中间一直跟平台交涉，最后还是酒店没同意申请退款。第二天上午又去了check in desk ，前一天的女的很不耐烦，让我找平台，我跟她说清过程以后，让我留下信息，2小时以后来。但是，我因公务又着急离开，她就让我当天傍晚再来。这时我因行程问题，已经准备换酒店，所以当天傍晚工作结束，我又专门为此时回酒店。第三次，换了新的服务员，告知我没有办法为我办理，需要等到下周一，也找不到那个女服务员。所以我顶着德国最热的天，白跑了一趟。
其实，从始至终我需求一直很简单，给我一个明确答复可以退款or不可以。不可以就帮我出份发票。但是酒店方当僵尸，踢皮球，而且让我反复来回跑，体验十分差劲。
