Olissippo Castle Hotel is a gem with an amazing location, great rooms, great staff, super clean.
Pros:

Our room and stay at Olissippo Castle was fabulous. It is on a quiet street and is quite lovely. It was clean and comfortable, and we had a lovely view from the room. The breakfast was great too.

Cons:

While the room was quite large it could have used more places to put things down and hang things up, there were only a few hangers in the huge closet, no place to open a suitcase except the bed, and no place to hang the towels in the bathroom. It could also have used a few more outlets.

Das Zimmer war sehr gross und das Frühstück sehr fein. Die Lage mit der super tollen Aussicht war auf einer Anhöhe.

Buena la atención del personal, el desayuno muy completo. Está ubicado en el cerro por lo que resulta cómodo si es que desea visitar esa área, sin embargo no está cerca del centro.

Cons:

El hotel quedó un poco antiguo. Dado que no está cerca del centro sería útil que ofrezcan más servicios.

רציתי להודות לכם מקרב לב על אירוח יוצא דופן. מהרגע שנכנסנו למלון ועד לרגע העזיבה, הרגשנו עטופים ביחס חם ומקצועי.

הצוות: אי אפשר שלא לציין לטובה את הצוות המצוין שלכם. כל אחד ואחד מהעובדים שפגשנו היה ידידותי להפליא, סבלני ועזר לנו בכל שאלה בחיוך רחב. הליווי, ההסברים המפורטים והדאגה הכנה לכל פרט קטן הפכו את השהות שלנו לנינוחה ונטולת דאגות. זה ממש לא מובן מאליו לקבל שירות כזה שמרגיש אישי ואמיתי.

המיקום: המיקום של המלון פשוט יוצא מן הכלל! הוא נמצא בנקודה אסטרטגית שאיפשרה לנו להגיע לכל מקום בקלות ובמהירות, מה שחסק לנו המון זמן יקר והפך את הטיול להרבה יותר מהנה.

Tanto desayuno, estancia y ubicación bastante bien.

Cons:

Al llegar la persona que nos atendió en recepción quería que le dejara mi tarjeta de crédito como garantía, cosa que le negué. Luego aparque mi coche en el parking del hotel el cual ni siquiera tenía lineas limitadoras, se lo abone y me pide mis llaves del coche como garantía, cosa que también le negué y se puso muy pesado insistiendo diciendo que era normas de la empresa. Le conteste que eso no está reflejado en el contrato. Nos hizo pasar un mal rato a la llegada.

Très bon souvenir de ce sejour
Pros:

Proche du château, à proximité du cœur de ville mais juste assez retiré pour être au calme, le personnel de l'hôtel est agréable, parle français pour certains membres de l'équipe, bon accueil. Le petit déj était complet.

Cons:

La poussière projetée par le système de clim sur le lit lors de notre arrivée. Sinon, le reste était propre.
