Pros:

The location was okay-ish

Cons:

The full experience didn’t reflect a 4 star hotel.
The staff wasn’t always easy or nice.
The breakfast was very poor, no variation and not many options.
The rooms weren’t much comfortable.
Ratio money to value isn’t much.

The hotel being in a restricted zone for vehicles it’s not always the easiest.

Pros:

Die Lage ist ok. Man braucht aber einen Zugangscode um in die Straße einfahren zu können. Personal sehr nett und Frühstück sehr gut.

Cons:

Bekannte hatten Zimmer im 4. Stock. Top mit Aussicht über die Stadt. wir hatten ein Zimmer im 1. Stock. Das war schon was in die Jahre gekommen.

Ok but not great. Lady at the breakfast was pleasant and had a good personality.
Cons:

Some of the staff at the checkin did not seem too interested in us. The wifi signal was weak. The bathtub drain was clogged with hair. We could hear the people in the next room going to the toilet. The staff could pay more attention to dust on the black elevator panel, lampshades and pictures in the hallway were not straight. The furniture in the lobby was dated .

Good location but noisy.
Pros:

Very nice central location.

Cons:

Room next to elevator shaft and elevator main controls. Elevator failed when we were there and they decided to fix this very late in the evening (23:00). We needed to get up at 06:00 to catch a flight so didn’t get much sleep due to the noise. Bit disappointing for an expensive four-star hotel. Also, coffee in the room was not refilled twice.

Bel hôtel bien placé. Accueil et service de conciergerie parfait À revoir au niveau des femmes de chambre.

L’emplacement , le calme et la vue .

Cons:

Les horaires désordonnés des femmes de chambre et leur manque de discrétion lorsqu’elles nettoient les chambres ( beaucoup de bruits, appel téléphonique avec haut parleur ) et oubli de plateau, de verre …)

Pros:

Excelente la habitación y la terraza y unas vistas estupendas. Encantador y muy atento todo el personal del hotel, y muy bien el desayuno. Muy contentos con la experiencia.

Cons:

La ubicación por una parte es muy buena, cerca del castillo, excelentes vistas, aunque para llegar a pie se pasa por zonas que parecen poco seguras por la noche.

Pros:

立地は抜群。アルファマ地区とバイシャ地区の中間にあり、どちらにも徒歩で行けます。近くにスーパーマーケットやレストランもたくさんあり、不自由はない。ただ坂の上にあるので乗り降りが多少キツいかも。その分部屋からの眺めは良い！


スタッフも親切で、いろいろ相談にのってくれて助かりました。部屋はバルコニー付き(最上階はバルコニー無し)でバルコニーでタバコも吸えます。部屋も広く綺麗でバスタブ付き。それほど大きなホテルでもないのでうるさくもなく、快適に過ごせました。朝食は素敵でした。

Pros:

Propere, ruime kamer. Hotel zelf was ook altijd netjes en proper. Goede ligging om Lissabon te verkennen. Vriendelijke bediening.

Cons:

Mocht wat meer variatie zijn in het aanbod voor het ontbijt (was elke dag hetzelfde, maar wel lekker op zich)

Wonderful spot on a hill on edge of Alfama
Pros:

We loved our twin bed room on the first floor, with a view of surrounding rooftops. It was quiet and clean, and the housekeeping staff did a great job. The breakfast was good, and the staff was so friendly and helpful. We love to walk so we did not mind being up on a hill - this might be the only drawback for some people, Ubers cannot come up the hill so you will be walking alot. But it is such a great area, so if you lean into the hills and exercise (a big part of old Lisbon) this place is a gem.

Beste Altstadtlage
Pros:

Ausgezeichnete Lage unterhalb der Burg inmitten der Altstadt, trotzdem angenehm ruhig. Die Top- Sehenswürdigkeiten waren fußläufig zu erreichen. Viele Bars, Restaurants und Cafes in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Espressomaschine im Zimmer, bequeme Betten, Frühstück im Preis inbegriffen, sehr geräumige, saubere und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Zimmer teilweise mit riesiger privater Terrasse! Atemberaubender Blick aus dem Zimmer über Lissabon!
