Pros:

A localização próxima ao castelo é a vista do hotel! Os quartos são bem espaçosos, assim como o banheiro.
O café da manhã é excelente, com muitas frutas variadas, pastéis de nata e outros doces portugueses deliciosos!!!!

Cons:

Os colchões não são tão confortáveis… poderiam ser trocados por outros mais novos.

Pros:

Posizione buona, ma sconsigliato l'uso della macchina perchè essendo molto centrale diventa complicata l'uscita e l'entrata (riservata ai residenti, si accede solo con codice dell'albergo da chiedere prima e se si vuole posto auto bisogna prenotarlo)

Cons:

Forse il costo del posto auto con quello che già si paga l'albergo lo rivedrei. C'è un parcheggio a 200 metri dalla struttura che ha lo stesso costo.

Excellent for short time relax.
Pros:

Located in the old town, the hotel has a charming ambiance; Driving through the narrow streets was a little adventure but the parking was well organized. Staff were helpful, breakfest OK and the view from hotel room was just awesome.

Keine 4 Sterne wert - in die Jahre gekommen, dafür zu teuer - Lage ist allerdings gut
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist gut, nahe dem Castel und nahe der City und Alfama. Die Betten sind gut, wir haben sehr gut geschlafen, allerdings ist es sehr hellhörig. Das Frühstück war OK, nur leider die Rühreier aus dem Tetra-Pack ! Der angebotene Shuttle für € 25,- zum Flughafen war super.

Cons:

Die Zimmer bzw. das Hotel in die Jahre gekommen. Die Zimmer bedürfen dringend einer Renovierung, besonders das Bad. Spiegel blind, die Armaturen fleckig. Badewanne statt Dusche (sehr rutschig). Die Terrasse am Zimmer ungepflegt. Ein Schirmständer steht auf der Terrasse, aber auf Nachfrage, einen Sonnenschirm zu erhalten, bekamen wir die Aussage, dass es keine Sonnenschirme gibt ! Für ein Hotel dieser Preisklasse finden wir Rührei aus der Packung = geht gar nicht. Wir haben dann Spiegelei bestellt, das war dann auch OK. Also definitiv wird das Hotel dem Übernachtungspreis nicht gerecht und auch keine 4 Sterne, vielleicht 4 Weihnachtssterne.

Das Viertel, in dem das Hotel liegt ist wirklich nicht schön, die Altstadt ist zu Fuß kaum zu erreichen.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im Hotel Olissippo Castelo wieder rundum genossen.
Pros:

Besonders gefallen hat uns die herrliche Lage, die guten Betten, der reichliche Platz, den wir im Schrank und vielen Schubfächern für Kleidung und persönliche Gegenstände zur Verfügung hatten und das sehr freundliche Personal. Eine Service-Mitarbeiterin des Hotels war so zuvorkommend, dass sie am zweiten Morgen beim Frühstück bereits unsere Vorlieben kannte und uns z.B. sofort ein Extrakännchen mit heißem Wasser brachte, ohne dass wir es anfordern mussten.

Cons:

Was etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig ist - vor allem bei Nacht - ist die etwas zu laute Klimaanlage.
