It was very good location , 15 minute walk to centre.
They took a £50 room payment for damages, when i checked the man on reception said it would be refunded back on my card and I’m still waiting for payment.
Good location, very comfortable huge bed, nice views of the river.
Air con wasn’t functioning in some rooms and the restaurant- rather warm and uncomfortable.
Run down and in need of updating. Possibly in the middle of refurbishing but air conditioning didn’t work, lift lights broken.
Dated. In need of refurbishment to bring it to the standard I expect from Radisson . Hot week no air- conditioning in room or restaurant!

Clean and tidy, spacious room, close to the Albert Docks, plenty of bars and restaurants nearby .
The Hotel Bar was was having a refurb and the air conditioning wasn’t working in the restaurant.

The air conditioning was broken throughout the building, which is one of the reasons we booked this hotel! Totally unacceptable and the room was very expensive so very unhappy and would not stay again or recommend

Wasn’t a good experience. The rooms AC was broken it was extremely hot and uncomfortable making it impossible to sleep. The room was old and tired. There was no bar as advertised. Generally the hotel was dirty
The location
No aircon in restaurant for breakfast . And there was no bar to have a drink in only the restaurant as the bar was being refurbished. You couldn’t sit in the restaurant for a drink as it was boiling with only one free standing fan . And no spa or pool .
