Air con was poor in the room and the bed wasn’t comfortable
The location is quite good. You can walk into town in 20 minutes. The property is clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant is very good, as is the breakfast.
The AC was not functioning well on our visit. We had to move to a cooler room and take a downgrade from Premium to Standard. Currently waiting for the 20% refund on this matter.
Easy check-in. Reasonably well positioned. We had a nice view of the Mersey. A nice modern hotel. Bed and pillows both comfortable.
We had no hot water in the morning for showers, but I guess these things happen from time to time. We were given a 20%discount on the room rate.

Good location where we needed to be for going to the golf. Good bar and had dinner one night. Very good service from bar staff who were over worked. Good food at reasonable prices
Main bar was under construction so reception was a bit of a building site. Air conditioning in room was non existent so in very hit conditions very warm. The main issue was the ability to sleep in a very warm room.

Location
The lift is the only access to the different floors and it constantly stops ot level 2 for no reason! The bar area is tiny with 1 (Madri pump) which didn't work. Check in was a nightmare due to the computers having issues!
It was in a good location for the river cruise and walkable to town
The air conditioning wasn’t working on one of the hottest days. A small fan was provided. No spare pillows in room had to ring down to request another. Room wasn’t cleaned the whole day we were out.
