A mixed experience. The bedroom was very nice and comfortable and the bathroom was a good size. However, the public areas were tired-looking with some of the seating in the dining room very worn. Breakfast was disappointing. The scrambled eggs were watery and unappetising. The tomatoes were tinned (never a good idea) and the white bread for toasting was wet and squashed and had obviously been packed badly. Radisson Blu in my experience are usually very good when it comes to catering and food, but this was definitely below par.

We stayed here for a night, and the air conditioning wasn't working it was so hot in the room they knew about this but never told us when we checked in. The bed dipped in the middle we left a Vape and a hairbrush in the room when i rang up about them I was told they dont keep things that are left if there battery operated they just throw them away sont leave ur ohone or laptop or they just throw them away. We spoke to a receptionist who wasn't very helpful and hung the phone up twice. This is the 2nd time we have stayed there 1st time was great so thought we would go back again. Not sure will be going back.

Some strange noises coming from the air con and the furniture in the bar area could do with a good clean.
I slept incredibly well - the beds were so comfy and the pillows perfect! Very spacious room and staff super friendly too. Enjoyed a lovely breakfast in the morning. Overall, loved the hotel!
