Pros:

The bed is arguably the comfiest bed we've had at a hotel. Really nice hotel and stay overall, would highly recommend

The room was very large and certainly great value for money.
The location was wonderful too

Cons:

The only issues we had during our stay were that we had booked a late check out, and confirmed it with a staff member upon checking in, however we were still called at the regular check out time and asked why we hadn't left yet. The lady who had called us said there was no note about a late check out, despite my confirmation email and the conversation we had with the staff member.
Also the breakfast room was aggressively hot, and made it difficult to eat on there.

Convenient and there is a car park very near to the hotel.We enjoyed a super breakfast with a vast choice of food plus a lovely evening meal at the bar during our stay,the staff were very friendly.

On the whole it was good and the staff I interacted with were amazing.
Pros:

Was close to my destination

Cons:

There was no option to just have some crisps or a sandwich when I needed only something to snack after a long day.
Also found that on the weekend my room was spotlessly cleaned but on the other days dirty cups, glasses and plates with half eaten food was left in the room.

It’s a beauty, had it not been for Niagra waterfall background noise from toilet I’d give it a 10 out of 10. Not sure I’

There was a running/gushing water sound from back of toilet panel.
I forgot to close the door and then it bothered me through night

Cons:

The hotel deducted an additional charge from my card claiming I left a 'blue stain' on the room's carpet after checking out. This was clearly a mistake and I immidiatelly enquired to obtain additinal information on this matter. No further communication or feedback has been received from the hotel, and the additional charge of GBP 100 has been taken from my account.
