Pros:

I had a fantastic stay. Our group had booked the rooms for a wedding. The staff allowed us to check in early so we could get ready prior to the wedding and were very accommodating. The room was clean and very comfortable. We were unable to use all the facilities due to time constraints but I would like to come back in future to make use of the pool.

Great location, great hotel in a great city.
Pros:

Hotel was very new and clean. Very nice, quiet and comfortable. Staff were very friendly, and never had to queue or wait for anything. Location was 10 min walk to Liverpool One, and you could see the Hill Dickinson Stadium from out front. (25 min walk to that)

Cons:

Only minor thing, was the room was quite warm. The AC controls on the wall didn't seem to do anything, no matter what we set them to.
