El personal es amable y servicial, atento en todo momento, la habitación impecable, sin olores raros, está muy bien ubicado, puedes ir caminando a varios puntos de interés como la plazuela Machado, la plaza Taboada, y varios museos, la playa queda enfrente, la terraza en el piso 11 tiene vista 360 grados de Mazatlan, es espectacular.

Cons:

La habitación tenía vista al mar, Pero las ventanas estaban algo sucias por fuera y no se apreciaba bien, el equipo de aire acondicionado es algo viejo, no enfría bien y hace ruido.

La zona de la alberca apesar de tener poca gente no había zona de toallas, en el segundo día se tardaron más de dos horas y al final nunca llegaron

Despite a pleasant stay, the risk of identity theft keeps me from staying again.
Pros:

All was good. Breakfast was good. Room was small but it was due to fitting a king bed in it, which was very nice. Staff were pleasant and helpful.

Cons:

I hate staying at hotels that insist on photocopying my I.D. It puts me at such a risk for identity theft. I understand that they have to see my ID in order to verify that I am me, but copying it is an infringement. I reluctantly allowed the front desk to do so this time but frankly I won't stay twice at any place that insists on doing this, as Best Western does.

Very good.
Pros:

Breakfast was wonderful, but there could be variety from day to day. Serving staff and front desk staff were amazing. So was the cleaning stafrf

Cons:

The website showed that the room would have a mini bar, fridge, and microwave. When I asked about this at the front desk, I was told that it would cost about $30 Canadian per night. Did not deliver what was advertised.

When we went to the roof top where the pool was around 8pm and it took about 9;30 pm for us to be able to drink when they closed at 10:30 pm we where the only ones there no the service was very bad I guess they didn't want our money
