Localização perfeita , bem perto da Giralda. Com muitos bares e restaurantes próximos .
O hotel é encantador , cama muito confortável , roupas de cama e banho novas e confortáveis . Piscina no rooftop para refrescar um pouco este verão muito quente

Un palazzo storico, affascinante, elegantissimo, una camera finemente arredata e confortevole. Staff gentilissimo, terrazza meravigliosa con vista Cattedrale. Un vero boutique hotel 4 stelle che vale il prezzo che costa.

Cons:

I lavori in corso nella zona dell’hotel non sono evidentemente responsabilità dell’hotel ma noi viaggiavamo in macchina ed è stato un disagio. Innanzitutto per la mancanza di un’adeguata zona di carico/scarico nelle immediate vicinanze dell’hotel e poi perché la macchina la devi parcheggiare a 15 minuti e se stai poche notti non è l’ideale.

Ubicación.

Cons:

Pagando el desayuno nos han enviado fuera a desayunar porque decían q no estaba incluido. A posterior , llamando para poner una reclamación , nos piden disculpas y aún estoy esperando a ver cómo lo solucionan .

Great stay in an amazing city. One the while we loved the hotel
Pros:

Location was great. Bar staff were amazing. Room was great on the whole. Hotel was tastefully decorated and very comfortable. We were there for the World Cup final and the atmosphere everywhere was great

Cons:

Pool area was a little tired looking. Some of the staff on reception weren’t that friendly and our room had no windows that opened which I didn’t realise.

Pros:

La ubicación del Hotel es perfecta, estás en pleno casco antiguo.

Cons:

La habitación no tiene luz natural, son muy oscuras. La piscina de la azotea pone música por las tardes y si quieres descansar en la habitación no puedes.

Your experience is entirely dependent on the room you are in.
Pros:

Staff were great. The rooftop bar/deck/pool was also great. The location is fabulous!

Cons:

Noxious sewer gas entering our room. Dangerous. Clearly, the management does not care about the safety of guests. Either the housekeepers are so used to the smell that they don’t notice or the management ignores staff feedback from guests and doesn’t want to fix due to the cost. I work in wastewater so I know when I’m smelling hydrogen sulfide gas, and at the level that was present in our room, it made me vomit (and I’m used to it); it was at dangerous levels that put our health and safety at risk. Staff moved us after the second night, which was appreciated. The second room didn’t have gas coming in, so that was appreciated.

A fantastic hotel with an unbeatable location, exceptional staff, and excellent food and drinks – we’d happily stay here

The location is outstanding, just a short walk from all of Seville’s main attractions while still feeling peaceful. The staff were exceptional throughout our stay – welcoming, friendly and always happy to help with recommendations or any requests. The rooftop pool and bar were a great place to relax after a day of sightseeing, and the food and drinks were excellent. The paella was a real highlight and one of the best meals we had during our trip

Highly recommended for Seville stay.
Pros:

Great location, rooftop bar/pool, friendly staff. Large bedroom with great AC.

Cons:

Some rooms such as ours had people’s terrace outside so you could hear them talking/smoking. This only bothered us for one of the 4 nights though but could have been an issue if you had longer term inconsiderate neighbours.
