Hotel was only 3 minutes from my son on campus which was so convenient!!
Pros:

Its location to the college.

Cons:

The blanket in closet for the pull out sofa was gross. It had hairs all over it. Not sure it was washed recently.

Good but not great.
Pros:

The rooms are large and spacious, and the hotel is easy to navigate. The breakfast was also well stocked/attended by the staff. In all, the staff seemed quite nice and available.

Cons:

We would have preferred there to have been a little refresh of towels and change of garbage between our first and second nights. Additionally, the pool was freezing (even to our 7-year-old) to the point that we were not able to spend much time there. Our mini fridge also seemed to not be fully in tact/functional. The price was quite high ($275, taxes included) per night, too, despite it being a weeknight, sleepy-time-of-year in Cortland visit.

Great place to stay and we would stay there again. Great location to SUNY Cortland.
Pros:

The room was clean and spacious and had everything we needed. The front staff was very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The breakfast was a bust though!. The first day there was no orange juice in the machine. There was never waffle mix to make waffles. We felt a little more effort could be put into the breakfast menu.

Pros:

We came over from the UK, the hotel smelled amazing and was so clean looking as we walked in. Staff were friendly, rooms were so nice. I'm door pool was definitely needed for those hot days.

Cons:

I wouldn't say it's the hotels issue, but if you can't drive or know someone who can then getting around would he an issue.
