Location
Had a corrobory outside my room till 7.00 in the morning. Security need to do the rounds at least once a night.the next night indigenous client were having a heated conversation till late. Once I rang front desk it was all quiet from then on. Being a truck driver that needs sleep it is no good being awake all night listening to arguments.
Great ad spacious king suite. Comfortable bed and greate size and very clean.
Nothing.
The room was dirty. There was dust abc cobwebs around and the bedside tables had sticky residue like it had not been cleaned between customers
PISCINE PRIX SAUNA SALLE DE MUSCULATION BOISSON OFFERTE AU CASINO

Mould in the bathroom.
Couple of days the beds weren’t made properly
Free shuttle bus and bicycles were great.
Pool was clean and nice.
Room was a good size and well equipped.
The restaurant was overpriced.
Friendly and safe
Gold star to the two ladies at reception. They were extremely helpful, solutions focused and kind. My friend had to spend time in hospital and they were very helpful extending my stay. , and looking after her luggage until her husband came.
Accessible to taxis and has an airport shuttle. I like to stay on level 1 so I can sit on the balcony and have a cigarette.
Best accommodation in Alice Springs. Safe, professional staff, good choice of restaurants.
Cheese platter has improved since my last stay.
They no longer have snacks in the room.
Room service is not 24 hours.
Ashtray on balcony not emptied daily.
No mini bar with either soft drinks or alcohol.
It was nice. Modern bathrooms. Great pool.
The accommodation pavilions named as “block 1” “block 2”… as it resembles a prison, this just reinforces the effect! Change the names of the blocks to something lovely- such as “the garden pavilion” “the pool pavilion” (honestly- anyone could come up with something better!! ).
Lovely cool room overlooking the pool.
NA
Staff were great and helpful, location was great with easy access to other facilities & attractions, security was great, we felt safe & secure in the space.
Breakfast Buffet was same for our 7-night stay, some more variety would have been better especially on busy mornings.
The stair well near our room could do with cleaning & sprucing up, the lift worked well but sometimes the stairs were more convenient.
The Pool had no lifeguard on duty and the bare minimum of safety aides, more adequate signage detailing onus on users, especially parents of very young children and the need to directly supervise them.
Issue 1 - child pooping in the Spa, issue 2 - I had to quickly & physically assist two young children out of deep water when they got into difficulty out of parental eyesight
