Unfortunately i did get the Fijian ladies name on the front counter but she was amazing.
Pros:

None of these services \ facilities were used during my stay as it was a lay-over for a night whilst waiting for a flight.

Cons:

Nothing to share experienced no issues at all.

Very enjoyable stay.
Pros:

We had a fantastic stay at Crowne Plaza! The rooms were extremely spacious, clean, and quiet, with a superb view from our balcony of the hills that was amazing at sunset. Very conveniently located next to the casino, with a handy selection of restaurants. The staff were very friendly. The buffet breakfast was awesome. Free parking was handy. The pool was really nice.
We will surely be back next time.

Quiet, spacious rooms with great facilities.
Pros:

The facilities at the property, in particular the pool/spa area and attached gym were great. Two restaurants and the casino provided eating/entertainment options with room service and laundry facilities.
The room was spacious, fantastic sized bathroom with a great size bed and all the items you would require for a stay. Ie: large tv/streaming, fridge, coffee making facilities, ample storage with drawers and cupboards and a huge desk which was fantastic for working and as a usable space.

Cons:

The pool cafe was a bit hit and miss to when it was open. The walkways outside were regularly wet/flooded due to sprinklers pointed in the wrong direction or overuse. The property is a little removed (1.5km) from the city centre so not close to other ammenities but does provide a shuttle service. Uninspiring names for the complex using blocks which sounded a little like a prison setup.
