Lovely Pool & Stay
Pros:

Pool was fantastic.

Cons:

A larger food range available at the pool would be nice and the casual restaurant could improve food and atmosphere. We enjoyed an updated Mountain view room but our friends had an older style room, best to check.

We kregen een zogenaamde upgrade, maar dat was eigenlijk een downgrade, want ipv mijn geboekte kingsize bed waren er 2 losse kleine bedden.
Sfeerloze oude kamer met koude plavuizen vloer.
Restaurant had vervallen en troosteloos meubilair.
Gelukkig hebben we er maar 2 nachten geslapen.
Tapwater wat in de koelkast aanwezig was smaakte naar chloor, zelfs door de thee heen die we ermee gezet hadden.
Zelfs de verpleeghuizen in NL zien er beter uit.
Personeel was heel aardig.
We kregen een welkomstvoucher voor een gratis drankje, maar wegens tijdgebrek niet kunnen gebruiken.

De kamer was echt heel erg verouderd. Stoel kapot, kastdeuren gingen niet goed dicht. Douche maakte veel lawaai . Kamer 5.306. Een week ervoor hadden we een betere kamer

* Lights from office light up the room all night long even with curtains closed.
* Spa was broken no heating.
* 2 different times had a stray dog outside our room when we arrived back home.
* Car was broken into on the saturday night. Need more security roaming around the front area.
