Convenient, relaxed stay.
Pros:

Breakfast was good. The hotel was convenient for attending a conftetence at the convention centre. Very friendly and efficient staff.

Cons:

A bit noisy at night with people coming back from Casino talking loudly and arguing outside my ground floor room.

Very nice, large and clean room. I wasnt there for very long as it was just an overnight stay before a morning flight. But I think it would have been a great place to stay if I had been able to enjoy the facilities a bit longer. Breakfast offers barrista coffee and eggs to order which is always a better preference.

Cons:

Only got to experience the buffet breakfast. Coffee took a very long time to arrive and was warm and weak once it got to my table. The food could have used more fruit and some salad options as it was quite heavy.

Great location and excellent staff.
Pros:

The location next to the Convention Centre was excellent for me as a conference-goer. The adjoining casino was also a plus though the one roulette table was often closed. The reception and hospitality staff (mostly Filipinas) were exceptionally helpful and the barista at Tali's restaurant made the best flat whites of any I encountered in Alice Springs.

Cons:

While my bed was comfortable, the shower was average. Also, the room was not very sound-proof. I heard bathroom noises and conversations from next door.
