Das Personal war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Poolanlage war schön und gepflegt. Das Essen war hervorragend und die Lage war auf jeden Fall in Ordnung.

Cons:

Es war extrem laut. So laut, dass wir um 2 Uhr in der Früh die Rezeption anrufen haben müssen. Es wurde mitten in der Nacht an unsere Zimmertür geklopft (wurden höchstwahrscheinlich verwechselt mit FreundInnen vom Gast). Es wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass es eine Sauna gibt, doch als wir sie ausprobieren wollten hieß es, sie ist kaputt. Zudem war es extrem dreckig (nicht die Zimmer), überall lag Müll und Essensreste vom Zimmerservice.

Lack of sleep due to excessive noice from local families arguing and fighting for most of the night. Very little done by the hotel to solve it. Staff being quite patronising about not having a physical credit card and then charging it instead of just contacting security deposit. Filthy yellow chair in the room. Adjacent restaurant ridiculously overpriced, $41 for small piece of salmon and dollop of mash.
