Pros:

I loved the heated pool, room was nice just had a noisy ac and heating unit

Cons:

Hotel carpet smelled bad, colors in hallways were grey and gloomy. Had a bad smell throughout the hotel

Pros:

The view from our balcony was beautiful right on the beach, the lobby smells like a spa . You park your car on the same level where your room is., so convenient ! The restaurant Jumping Shrimp served great food and drinks, the staff went above and beyond!

Great value oceanfront property
Pros:

Our group of 6 had a great one-night stay at the Four Points by Sheraton Virginia Beach Oceanfront. The room design leans toward the generic and lacks a distinctive aesthetic, but the property otherwise has a lot to offer. Perfect location right on the Virginia Beach Boardwalk, complimentary parking garage, an indoor pool and a good breakfast place (not included in our rate, but I did get an elite credit). Staff was friendly. And to be clear, our rooms were perfectly functional, clean and comfortable and we slept very well.

I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE HOTEL AND THE STAFF.
Pros:

CHECK IN WAS GOOD VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. ROOM WAS NICE AND BEDS COMFORTABLE. LOVED SITTING ON BALCONY WATCHING THE OCEAN AND DOLPHINS. LOVED THE POOL AND HOW WARM THE ROOM AND WATER WERE . ALSO A NICE SURPRISE FOR THE FREE WATER IN THE ROOM .

Cons:

THE ONLY THING I WAS DISAPPOINTED IN WAS THE HOURS FOR THE POOL. I WISHED IT WOULD OPEN UP EARLIER THAN 10:00am MAYBE 8:00am THAT WAY PEOPLE COULD ENJOY IT ESPECIALLY IF CHECK OUT IS 11:00.

A pleasant stay and a wonderful view.
Pros:

The room was neat and clean. The oceanfront view was beautiful with all the Christmas lights. Simply delightful.

I paid $1500 and actual rates were $750.
Cons:

Simply got charged time an a half more than the rates the hotel offered. I booked two rooms for two nights on Booking.com.. the rates on booking were more than double the rates on other sites. In addition, the hotel is just an average hotel to charge as high as a 5 start hotels.
Once O booked, i went back on other booking site to check the rates, and was surprised to see the rates everywhere were 60% less!
I called booking.com and tried to explain, but they said it is up to the hotel and we cant match it or do anything. I went back to reception at the hotel, and they told me i have ti check with the site where i made the booking. Long story short, I got deceived by both the hotel and booking.com. The hotel check in staff could have atleast been tried to offer included BF or upgrade my rooms since paid $1500 where the actual rate was $750
