I did not like the beds it was uncomfortable for me.
Pros:

Ocean front view and the shower. Also, the smell when you enter the hotel was WONDERFUL!

Cons:

We were put on the second floor very close to the cafe and it was very loud. I did ask to be move to a higher floor and they took care of that.

Great Access to Beach
Pros:

The mattress was comfortable. There was a balcony overlooking the ocean. Having a refrigerator was great.

Cons:

They seemed to be having a lot of maintenance issues. The carpet was soaking wet from the AC. So much so that my daughter slipped on the tile after walking on the carpet because her shoes were so wet. Maintenance took care of the AC & put an industrial fan to dry the carpet. However it took 2 days for it to dry & in the interim we had to be cautious about slipping.

Staff was friendly but hotel did not meet expectations
Pros:

The staff was friendly.

Cons:

The elevator was broken, the hallways had a bad smell, the room wasn't what I had booked, and the extra breakfast I paid for did not include my whole family even when at booking said it did.

We had a wonderful time.
Pros:

It was clean. Everyone was nice and helpful. I centrally located to everything. Loved waking up to the ocean sunrise.

Cons:

The parking garage is a little tight. The first ramp is a bit scary.

Pros:

Quiet neighbors, clean hotel, awesome staff!

Cons:

1 elevator was down for the entire week! 1 working elevator for 9 floors of guests is tough. I would definitely return to Four Points though!
