Booking again for next month and looking forward to it.
Pros:

I used to stay at this location well before the virus, and was always pleased. It is still run exceptionally. Breakfast/choices were superb. room was super nice and hotel was QUIET.

Cons:

parking fee. not particularly happy to have to pay to park; this is NOT downtown manhattan or boston.

The best experience. The breakfast is very good

About parking signs said scan the bar code and pay . It’s not clear if it’s for Guests or visitors. Even the front desk doesn’t say parking is free.

We had a wonderful experience at Hyatt House Parsippany East, and we would especially like to recognize Bhumi at the front desk for her outstanding service.

Bhumi was incredibly kind, friendly, and attentive. She took the time to carefully ask about our family’s needs and made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed during our stay. Her warm attitude and genuine care made us feel very welcome.

Our whole family really liked Bhumi and appreciated how thoughtful and patient she was with us. She truly made our stay more enjoyable. Employees like Bhumi are a great asset to Hyatt, and we hope the hotel management will recognize her excellent service.

Awesome experience! Staff are friendly and really nice. everything was just right, the rooms were perfect, beds were comfortable, kitchen was useful, pool area was just right, plus there's place to sit and enjoy outdoors
