Good location, good value

Cons:

We had king bed and sofa bed….sofa bed was horrible, couldn’t sleep at all. No extra comforters or pillows for sofa bed, after asking for them I received 2 sheets with holes….luckily we had our own sheets and we were there for only one night. Arrangements could have been better for that name of hotel

Usually a great stay but management has went downhill with new people
Pros:

We had a great experience up until the toilet started to clog and became unusable overflowing in the room with fecal matter and urine and my 7 month old is sleeping in the next room. When my spouse reported it to the desk she handed him a plunger and he tried to resolve the issue without waking us. It was unresolved and I had to ASK for a room change so then we had to pack up all of our belongings and wake the baby to move to a new room in the middle of the night. I have reached out to multiple channels and no prevail. No one has gotten back to me to resolve or rectify this issue.
