The perfect accommodation for a trip to Spa and the Thermes de Spa
Pros:

We had a lovely stay and thank the staff for making our stay a special one. The standard room and ensuite bathroom were chic, very roomy, and comfortable. The vernicular to the Thermes de Spa was a lovely perk and made our trip to the spa a breeze. The location is excellent and right at the town centre. We would definitely stay here again.

Pros:

Déjeuner top, chambre impeccable, personnel hyper-sympa, hôtel bien situé...pas grand chose à redire si ce n'est les 2-3 petits détails ci-dessous...

Cons:

Trop chaud la chambre...mais bon, on ouvre la fenêtre
Musique du samedi matin au déjeuné trop forte et désagréable (rap "tuné"), alors que dimanche, c'était juste bien...
Les homards "prisonniers" dans leur aquarium, et toujours visible au petit déjeuner!

Bel hôtel mais literie et confort de la chambre à revoir. Chauffage à mieux contrôler.
Pros:

Le restaurant était parfait. On a bien mangé. Le personnel très sympathiques et très serviable.

Cons:

La literie n'est pas de bonne qualité. Il faisait extrêmement chaud dans la chambre. Impossible de dormir à cause de la chaleur. C'est loin d'être écologique mais ils demandent de ne pas utiliser trop de serviettes ou de prendre les siennes. L'isolation accoustique n'est pas au top. Avant 5h du matin, quelqu'un s'amusait à déménager ses meubles.

Excellent, je recommande votre hôtel et y reviendrais volontiers
Pros:

Petit déjeuner délicieux et varié de même que la petite restauration
Chambre confortable avec une belle vue sur le parc, dommage pour les travaux dans le couloir, un peu difficile avec des béquilles.
Mais c’est pardonné puisque c’est pour améliorer les prochains séjours

Cons:

Un peu de précision pour l’utilisation des cartes aurait été parfait pour un premier séjour
