Les photos avant de réserver , j’ai remarqué une baignoire mais malheureusement dans ma chambre il n’y avais que une douche
L’hôtel et le personnel sont exceptionnels. Super chaleureux, professionnel et très à l’écoute. C’était un super séjour

Une piscine accessible gratuitement à l’hôtel - coûteux les thermes de spa et enceinte je n’ai pas pu en profiter ( sauna, hammam etc…) une simple piscine ou accès piscine moindre frais ça aurait été top :)

emplacement parfait en plein coeur de ville; chambre spacieuse et confortable. Petit déjeuner bon mais un peu répétitif quand on reste une semaine. Accès aux thermes directe c'est parfait.
le ménage dans les chambres ; très superficiel, il manquait souvent quelque chose (ex : serviettes de toilette ou le savon ...)
le personnel manque un peu de sourires; et un bonjour serait parfois le bienvenu.
