Overall it was very relaxing and I enjoyed my time in spa.
Pros:

I did like it's location. It was right next to the thermes de spa which I was also going to. At check-in, they even made sure I knew about it and that I could go to the spa without leaving the hotel. They were also ready to help me set up a reservation.

Cons:

I didn't like how I had to put my card in for getting power to the room. I had some work stuff going on and needed my laptop on, but I could not actually do it.

We were forced to pay for extra bed for our child despite the booking stated no extra charches, the room was booked for 3 of us. Hard and rude communication with reception, they blamed Booking platform. Unwilling to provide any receitpts on demand. Trying to charge twice for SPA.

La propreté.

La literie : le matelas est complètement à changer,avec cuvette, j'ai passé deux très mauvaises nuits Et c'est inacceptable pour ce prix.
Les lampes de la salle de bain font un drôle de bruit j'ai d'abord changé de chambre, puis une nouvelle fois la même chose dans une autre chambre il faut éteindre les lumières mais le temps qu'on les allume et quand elle chauffe elles font des grands tac tac tac pendant longtemps, pareil quand on les éteint ça dure encore 5 à 10 minutes après

Un soggiorno perfetto, con una colazione deliziosa e un servizio impeccabile.
Pros:

Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare in questo hotel e devo dire che è stato un vero piacere! La colazione è stata incredibile, con una varietà di piatti freschi e deliziosi. Il ristorante dell'hotel è altrettanto eccellente.

Situato nel cuore della città, è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi tutti i principali punti di interesse e offre una bella vista sulla zona circostante. E da non dimenticare l'accesso diretto alle terme!

Il personale dell'hotel è stato molto cordiale e disponibile. Consiglio vivamente a tutti coloro che cercano un soggiorno confortevole a Spa.
