Pros:

Van der valk and their staff were amazing .We had an unfortunate incident where friends I was travelling with had a car accident and required hospitalization
and then rehabilitation at the hotel after their release from hospital.The staff could not have been more helpful and understanding .

Leuke get away maar prijzig
Pros:

mooie kamer, globaal onderhouden maar voor nu toch stoffig. Strijkplank in de kast was handig. Koffie en thee ruim aanwezig, Bad in de kamer. Leuke sportruimte op 4e verdiep. Onbijt veel ezonde keuzes en lekkere koffie.

Cons:

De advertentie sprak van een kamer met terras, we kozen voor de optie een groot persoonsbed. De kamer had geen terras, slechts weinige kamers hebben een terras. We ervaarden dit als misleiding door booking, niet het hotel. De prijs was stevig en uiteindelijk werd de kamer voor meer gepromoot. Ik wou dit bespreken met het hotel maar in de bevestigingsmail werd er voor de faciliteiten verwezen naar de app. Die extra gedownload en ook daar waren er geen details van de oorsponkelijke ad te zien. We voelen ons bekocht door booking.

Tolle Einrichtung, gutes Bett.

Das Bad war schlecht gereinigt!!! Grosse schwarze Handabdrücke an der Tür, an der Klinke im Bad. Das war ekelig!!!! Überteuerte Preise im Restaurant. Essen ohne Liebe gemacht. Wir haben 2 Flaschen Wein bestellt und der Kellner kam mit gefüllten Gläsern. Sowas macht man nicht....

Déconnexion totale, moment hors du temps.
Pros:

Super petit déjeuner, ambiance sympa et conviviale pour un hôtel. Nous venions surtout grâce à la superbe localisation aux pieds des thermes de Spa + bonus : funiculaire privé pour l'hôtel : au top !

Super de pouvoir laisser nos affaires à la bagagerie le lendemain même si le check out est fait, on profite des thermes sans valises !

Cons:

La salle de sport est petite mais sympa, on est resté qu'une nuit mais c'est sympa je pense pour les personnes qui restent plus longtemps. Juste une des machines qui n'était pas fonctionnelle.

les chassis de la chambre sont tres vieux c est pourquoi nous avons passer une nuit blanche pour une chambre a 240 euros hors petit dejeuner cette hotel ne merite pas quatre etoiles.quatre etoileS pour le decor mais pas pour ces chassis nous avions l impression que notre lit etait sur le parking de la grand place de sSPA nous esperons recevoir un dedomagement de VAN DEER VALK
