Front desk very friendly and helpful
Morning front desk does not speak English at all. Pricey for the quality of rooms. Fixed rate of 20 euros from airport.
The location was excellent for a short stay before catching international flights. Good restaurants nearby walking distance easy access via Taxi very friendly staff accommodating and the room was very comfortable for this sort of stay.

Nos gustó todo pero por destacar varias cosas, lo limpio que estaba todo, ademas yo creo que estaba recien reformado o al menos lo parecía. Tambien nos gustó el detalle de las zapatillas, agua, jabones, etc...es de agradecer. La habitacion perfecta con buena TV y la cama comodisima. Los recepcionistas fueron muy amables y nos facilitaron el taxi nocturno para ir al aeropuerto. Gracias.
Lo que menos nos gustó fue que pasamos frio por la noche y no supimos si se podía poner la calefaccion o el aire a temperatura caliente.
We started only one night. It’s close to the airport, the room is spacious and clean, we left before breakfast. No noise from the street. There’s a parking next to the hotel.
The living room lacked sofa and felt empty. No night light in the second bedroom. Not clear how to use the AC. When we caged the reception for clarification nobody answered.

The breakfast was very very poor. Maybe the worse I have experienced. I stayed here last year and it was basic but good enough. This year was a different story nothing was fresh

Friendly staff, proximity to airport and bus stop for the airport bus. Also bus direct to the main Venice bus station (interchange for the waterbus)
Over two stays, within the space of several days, each room had small. but essential issues.
Plug sockets that could not be used, without an adaptor (available from reception, but this was not explained on check-in). Very loose toilet seat.
Toilet roll holder on opposite wall to the toilet!.

I arrived before checking and Diletta was on the front desk, I have never been more welcome , She suggested some places to visit before check-in and quickly took our bags and helped with instruction to see the city. The next day called a taxi,
