El agua caliente era "templada". La temperatura de la habitación (que daba al exterior) era un poco fría pero enseguida nos facilitaron mantas y estuvimos muy cómodos

short stay but comfortable
Pros:

as we were to fly early morning from Venice so chose this hotel where we have stayed before as we knew will be good and yes all was good the room comfortable>

Cons:

small issue came but luckily was solved as we had ask the staff to book for us a big taxi for the airport and we got was a small one and we had luggage and that moment a very big taxi came to pick another guest who was alone so we interchanged the taxi but my question is how could they do such a silly mistake when she saw us checking in with a lot of luggage and we were 4 Pax>

A very practical hotel due to its proximity to Marco Polo Airport, with friendly and professional staff at the reception who are always available and ready to help. We asked for an extra blanket, and the receptionist went above and beyond to provide it for us quickly. The rooms are very clean and well-equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. A great choice if you need a stress-free connection to the airport!
