7950엔을 멋대로 추가결제한 후에
문의에도 응답하고 있지 않습니다

두번째 투숙인데
직원들 서비스는 늘 미묘..
특히 Moe Yan이라는 직원이
영어도 일본어도 못 알아듣고
반말을 해서 무척 당황했습니다
영어도 일본어도 못하시는건
아닌지.. 그런데 왜 카운터에
계시는건지..

일처리에도 실수 연발이라 불편했습니다
조식 결제를 직원이 잘못해서 카운터에서
카드취소 후 재결제를 했는데 그러니까
7950엔을 취소하고 7920엔을 결제한거지요
그런데 한국에 돌아오니 7950엔이
추가결제 되어있네요 취소했던것을
취소한것인가요.. 어느쪽이든 황당하네요..

위치가 좋은 편이라 여기저기 추천을
했는데 이제 그러지 못 할 것 같네요

地點非常棒！
Pros:

地點很讚，從關西機場直接到難波，飯店在難波中心地。雨天不會淋到雨，可以逛整個心齋橋和難波

Cons:

設施有點年代了，會感覺老舊。雖然部分房間已經裝修過。出差的話沒有桌子和椅子可以打電腦（有沙發椅和小桌子而已）
