Super Lage mit direkter Anbindung zum Flughafen, Shopping und Ausgehviertel direkt vor der Tür, viele Extraleistungen wie die Lounge mit kostenlosen Snacks und Getränken

Great location; great potential once the problems are fixed.

Air conditioning did not work very well. Set for 22, it stayed at 24 for many hours.
Need safe in room.
Long wait to get into breakfast room - about 25 minutes on our first day; about 15 minutes on our second day. Then we were rushed to eat breakfast before closing. Not enjoyable.

Close to train, comfortable laundry
Pros:

For us the proximity to the train station was important, so the location was great. The laundry waiting room was the next level with comfortable chairs and couches and beverages. There is also a lounge room for guests only from 2pm just to relax.

The carpets are very old and worn, and the walls were not clean and had visible marks. The room would benefit from renovation and better maintenance. Overall, the hotel did not meet our expectations in terms of cleanliness and condition.

Albergo elegante e accogliente nel centro del mercato coperto di Namba.
Pros:

La struttura è elegante e centralissima all’interno del mercato coperto con duemila negozi e punti per mangiare. Le camere sono grandi come anche il bagno. La colazione è stratosferica e il personale della sala colazione è gentilissimo e disponibilissimo. La metro è ad un passo. Ci sono 10 lavatrici e 10 asciugatrici in una sala a parte dove offrono the e caffe. Ti mettono a disposizione anche le macchine per fare il sottovuoto degli abiti . In ultimo segnalo che tutti pomeriggi puoi andare a fare merenda nella grande e accogliente sala vicino alla reception con pan cake , caffè, the, birra offerta dall’hotel.
