Difficult to find this hotel. Other than that, it's good.
Pros:

I've attached photos of both the entrance to the hotel AND the entrance to the shopping arcade where it's located. I don't believe you will find the hotel with just the street address alone. The Namba Oriental is on the Sennichimae Doguyasuji Shopping Street. You have to find the shopping street, which looks more like a shop than a street (see photo), then you walk into the street aways before you find the entrance to the hotel. Confusing for any non-resident of Osaka; which, of course, is the only type of person who would stay here. So location is a problem for this hotel.

Once you find it, though, it's a good place: nice rooms, helpful staff, good breakfast buffet. The entrance to Sennichimae Doguyasuji faces the entrance to the Metro station, so that will help you find the location and find sites around town. The Sennichimae Doguyasuji itself is something of a good cultural experience. Walking through it, you will see plenty of restaurants, pachinko parlors, clubs, even a radio theatre. Good place for people-watching. Conclusion: take time to figure out how to find it; then you can expect a good experience once you get there.

Namba Oriental Hotel for the 2nd time
Pros:

Excellent location especially if you're considering taking the Rapit express to Kansai airport. Hotel is newly renovated, spacious rooms, clean and nice reception area, hotel staff are very courteous and helpful as well. Even if it's in a busy area, rooms are quiet. Ideal for families.

The location was perfect for us. We played cards enjoying our included afternoon drinks/snacks with our friends while our clothes were being washed all in the hotel.

Pros:

首先地點非常方便，樓下正下方就有LAWSON超商，附近有居酒屋、大阪燒/章魚燒等小吃，走路三分鐘的距離有星巴克、藥妝店、走路五分鐘的距離是難波車站、高島屋，地點非常完美。
再者，房客可使用的休息室有簡單的食物、水、飲料跟清酒/紅酒，非常舒適
房間內也不小，我們是三人房，但整體空間良好，浴室也很大
早餐很豐盛、現做餐點很棒
最後因為樓層不高，加上有四台電梯，所以很容易就等到電梯，體驗很好

Cons:

約半年前預定飯店房間，並且告知因為有小朋友入住，希望兩間房可以在隔壁，結果入住時卻被安排兩間為對角線的房間，讓我們家人間互相支援要走很遠，相當困擾。

Excellent breakfast at this hotel!
Pros:

We loved the location and amenities the hotel offered. It was quite comfortable having the lounge available. The breakfast buffet was also outstanding!

Cons:

My only complaint was the air conditioning didn’t seem to cool at all, so we were sweating in our room. I don’t know if the rooms are on one central system for heating and cooling, but if they are then they should offer a fan for those of us who might need one.
