Wonderful location, without a doubt. But, the rooms were a disapointment. The lack of cleanliness is a huge turnoff.
Pros:

Location was great. Free laundry access was amazing, and appreciated.

Cons:

Rooms were not very clean. Carpets were stained, looks like it needed a deep shampoo. Wall paper coming apart at the seams in some locations. So far as the bathroom is concerned, sink, and floor were not cleaned well.

Pros:

服務人員的態的及旅館免費的餐點，地點也非常的好，距離難波車站很近，出門走一下就到道頓堀，很方便

Cons:

免費洗衣時，有旅客先把衣服丟洗衣機或烘衣機佔機台後再去操作電腦，應該先完成機台操作再去丟衣服，可能需要有教好的管理方式

Pros:

Della struttura mi è piaciuta molto la posizione centralissima mi sono piaciuti anche i servizi come la Lounge e la ottima colazione veramente ricca di tutto il personale alla reception parla un inglese accettabile e sicuramente migliore rispetto a persone di altre hotel in cui sono stata in Giappone

Cons:

Non mi è piaciuta molto invece la camera perché i mobili erano vecchi e i cassetti avevano anche un cattivo odore di Vecchio. I letti erano comodi, ma nel complesso la camera si presentava un po’ datata.

Great Location, But Some Disappointing Experiences
Pros:

The hotel is in an excellent location and has a lovely lounge area. There is also a self-service laundry, which is a nice and useful facility.

I accidentally booked a smoking room while traveling with my child. I asked the front desk three times if it would be possible to move us to a non-smoking room, but unfortunately, they were unable or unwilling to change.

The biggest disappointment was the breakfast. Breakfast service ends at 9:30 a.m., which is much earlier than at most hotels. If you arrive around 9:00 a.m., you barely have enough time to enjoy your meal and end up rushing.
