O Hotel Mercure Rio Vermelho superou todas as expectativas! A experiência foi excelente do início ao fim, começando pela equipe, que é extremamente atenciosa, cordial e sempre pronta para ajudar, tornando a estadia ainda mais agradável.

A limpeza é impecável em todos os ambientes, demonstrando um cuidado constante com o bem-estar dos hóspedes. O conforto dos quartos também merece destaque, proporcionando noites tranquilas e muito agradáveis.

O café da manhã é simplesmente maravilhoso, com grande variedade e qualidade acima do esperado — um verdadeiro diferencial! Além disso, a localização é perfeita, com uma vista deslumbrante e um entorno encantador que torna a experiência ainda mais especial.

As refeiçoes sao incriveis, a paisagem é linda, as instalaçoes sao muito adequadas para a proposta.
Pros:

O café da manha é fora de série em varieadade de ofertas. Os pedidos sao executados com rigor no omelete, ovo frito, e tudo o que é feito na hora e fia disponível uma máquina de café expresso! O atendimento é rápido e muito cordial. As camas são arrumadas com bastante cuidado, as trocas de toalhas são frequentes. Tem um bule para se fazer chá no quarto, mas são poucas opçoes.

Cons:

A entrada no hotel é sempre desagradável. Existem tres postos de atendimento e nas duas vezes que eu entrei no hotel somente duas pessoas estavem atendento, fica bem demorado. Talvez um totem para ser feito na hora pelo proprio cliente. Foi colocado um aroma excessivo no quarto, no corredor é otimo o aroma, mas no quarto perturba.

Ótima experiência
Pros:

Excelente localização, com uma vista maravilhosa para o mar e uma piscina incrível. O quarto é super confortável, tornando a estadia muito agradável.

O único ponto de atenção foi o chuveiro, que apesar de ter boa pressão de água, apresentava oscilação entre quente e frio, o que acabou tornando o banho um pouco desconfortável.

No geral, foi uma ótima experiência e o restante é impecável.

Quando cheguei no quarto estava super cheiroso de limpeza. Porém, depois com o ar condicionado ligado o quarto foi tomado por cheiro de mofo. Estava insuportável.
