Foi o PIOR CHUVEIRO , o pior banho de toda a vida.Quando reclamamos que não estavamos conseguindo tomar banho, que a pressão era fraca e que era impossível regular a temperatura, ouvimos que era política do hotel, para salvar o planete , etc. Ora: salvem o planeta e tirem uma estrela da classificação do hotel e princiaplmente: reduzam o valor da diária, pq eu jamais pagaria 1000 reais pra me hospedar em um lugar que o chuveiro parece uma ducha elétrica caseira velha.

A melhor parte da acomodação é a localização no Rio Vermelho. A vista da piscina é maravilhosa. O café da manhã é espetacular, com muitas opções e possibilidade de pedir omelete e tapioca na hora.

Cons:

Tive problema com o check-in. Demorou quase 2 horas além do horário (15h) e não tive nenhuma compensação, nem um “welcome drink”me ofereceram. Além disso, tive que mudar de quarto, porque o banheiro do primeiro estava com um vazamento. A estrutura do quarto poderia ser melhor. Não era possível regular o chuveiro para que a água ficasse morna, ou ficava muito quente ou muito fria.

A colcha de cama muito ruim e as toalhas são muito velhas . No café da manhã estava impossível pedir uma tapioca pois o hotel estava extremamente cheio, a quantidade de pessoas estava além e não tinha estrutura para isso.
