Great staff from start to finish. Clean room with everything that we might need ... bathroom facilities excellent. We had a lovely evening meal in the bar area with lovely staff. Buffet breakfast had every possible food provided... hot & fresh.

A very enjoyable short stay so convenient to the airport
Pros:

Breakfast was really well done in a pleasant dining room which was very relaxing. The hotel's heating system was excellent especially given that it was really cold outside. The location of the hotel was super convenient for me going to the airport and for visiting Dublin City University campus. The dedicated bus service to and from the airport makes staying in this hotel so convenient. All the staff I encountered were very courteous and helpful. I had chosen a room with a view over the park and it was noise free and calm.

Perfect for Dublin Airport
Pros:

Perfect for airport with free and frequent shuttle bus. Spacious and very comfortable roof. Very professional, friendly and accommodating staff.

Cons:

E-mail contact via Booking.com was not very efficient. Calling reception by phone proved a better option.

Amazing
Pros:

I stayed here for my girlfriends birthday. Everyone here was lovely, irene in reception was amazing with getting us checked in so quickly and everything i requested for us was catered for, my girlfriend and I had an amazing time. Very quiet hotel, i am a light sleeper and slept right through the night. Overall an amazing stay but i want to thank irene for having such amazing customer service.
