I liked the location, friendly, helpful staff and good food
The restaurant was welcoming.
We had just flown 35 hours from Sydney via the US and London, and the family room was not available when we arrived at 4.00pm and we had to wait almost an hour.
The room was mediocre and I do not believe it was the Deluxe Room that I prebooked and paid for.
Location and great bar
All good
Breakfast was nice and the room was nice, breakfast staff were lovely
Aer Lingus had not put our bags on the plane, it was really late when we got to the hotel, and we told the receptionist that we didn't have our bags, he didn't ask if we needed tooth brushes or anything, my husband asked where we could get a charger around here, and he said not here, and my husband said I didn't ask that I asked around here, a petrol station etc, then he said we don't have them. My husband then said well neither of us have much charge left, and he allowed my husband to borrow one from the office, as our bags were lost we needed a phone so that Aer Lingus could ring us. When a room costs £190 for one night, I know that its not a 5* but an airport hotel I feel should be used to this and be more helpful, and when I asked if he had tooth brushes he said how many.
Staff is friendly and helpful, 24hour food service, and great breakfast.
Refrigerator was not working well, dead batteries in the safe and no wash cloths for face washing and bath.
Breakfast was spectacular, with everything one could ask for, from savory to sweet (highlights: freshly made pancakes and waffles)! Room was perfectly clean and comfortable.
Restaurant for dinner (not included in the room price) was not incredible, but service was great.
Shower was not movable (attached to the wall), but otherwise bathroom was perfect.
