Great staff and quiey, close location to airport
Pros:

Sherif was very nice, knowledgeable and helped with our luggage cart as well

Cons:

I wanted to prepay the parking ticket but got fobbed off that evening and morning. Had to pay on the way out which is difficult and time consuming

Pros:

Only needed one night stay from the airport. The transfer was easy, staff were brilliant, restaurant food and staff really good, room very comfortable. Could not fault.

It was great to pamper myself but sooo expensive
Pros:

The property was beautiful. It was such a treat to stay in such an exquisite hotel.

Cons:

By the time I checked in there was just 15 mins left in happy hour. I went quickly to the lounge so I could partake in the luxury I don’t normally afford. Wait staff was visiting with a table and I never got a drink. Disappointing.

Pros:

Absolutely marvellous. It is our favourite hotel. Beautifully designed, and the smell in the hotel is awesome. Had some lovely food there and we will always stay there when we are in ireland. Everything was wonderful.

Lovely facility with welcoming and professional staff.
Pros:

Ivan checked us in and graciously upgraded our room, which was a nice treat. Marcella was the hostess during the Happy Hour and was absolutely fantastic! We really enjoyed the buffet breakfast. I was particularly impressed with the honeycomb offering. It was not only presented well, but tasted delicious.

Cons:

I decided to have pancakes, but it was unclear to me where I was to push the 1 or 2 numerical option that was presented to me. I ended up having to ask one of the staff who quickly lifted a panel and selected the number for me. Perhaps some basic instruction on that panel would be helpful for the self service machine to actually be self serving. Lol.

Clean comfortable airport hotel in Dublin with free shuttle and great food.
Pros:

Near Dublin airport with free shuttle. Nice restaurant and bar on site. Lovely park accords the street for walking or running. Great breakfast included.

Cons:

A little pricy but otherwise I can’t think of anything.
