Muito agradável, localização excelente, café da manhã muito bom e os funcionários com atendimento fora do sério. Tive imprevisto com uma roupa do evento q tínhamos e pude contar com a ajuda dos funcionários que nos auxiliaram com linha agulha e nos deram total apoio.

Otimas instalaçòes e cafe da manha. As atendentes Catarina e Ana Sofia foram extremamente gentis e atenciosas. O manobrista (esquecemos o nome dele, desculpe), foi excepcional: super atencioso e muito educado

Cons:

Limpeza é muito eficiente - da para perceber em tudo - unica coisa q poderia melhorar um pouco seria a limpeza do rejunte, mas isso claramente é devido ao tipo de material q esta no box, que dificulta a limpeza .

A localização, ainda com a tranquilidade do Batel, mas bem próximo do centro, 5 min à pé de shopping, mercado.

Cons:

Um dos elevadores estava quebrado, dificultando bastante. O estacionamento do hotel fica a uns 500m dele, o que não é prático e oferece riscos adicionais ao veículo. Pior foi o chuveiro, teve vezes que simplesmente não esquentou.
