Overall a lovely stay
Pros:

The room was very spacious. Perfect for staying the Trafford area , but if you’re wanting to be in the centre it’s a bit more out of the way.

Outstanding & didnt want to leave
Pros:

Absolutely beautiful hotel, upgraded us. So quiet, calm. Stunning room, big room. Staff was very very lovely. So close to old Trafford also. Tram is so close to go to the city, or Trafford centre. I drove from wales which is 5hrs, but all smooth and easy to find. Defo will stay again.

One night
Pros:

I stayed for just one night, but my room was clean and welcoming. I was greeted with a smile by the receptionist. I then had dinner at the Signature restaurant, located right beneath the hotel. My steak was cooked to perfection, and I'd like to thank Chef Dheeru and the waitress Anamika, a young girl with a smile on her face, skilled and very professional. I highly recommend this hotel, as well as the restaurant."

Affordable, comfortable and walking distance to Metro and O2 Victoria Warehouse
Pros:

This was great value for money. Perfect walking distance to the O2 Victoria Warehouse for concerts and also right next to the Metrolink to get into the city centre. Based on the cost we expected the worst but were happily surprised by the comfort and spacious rooms! We had a lovely night's sleep and comfortable stay. The breakfast was very basic but filled us up for the day!

Passable for the price but needs review
Pros:

Friendly & attentive staff, room available early and received an upgrade to a better room. Quiet, clean & comfortable with a large bed, sofa and lovely big shower. Safe, iron & ironing board, kettle & tea/coffee available. Ideal location for bus & tram to city or Salford Quays (which is where we were visiting) within 10 minutes.

Cons:

The outside view of the hotel is disappointing and not as nice as it looks on the photos. The TV was unfortunately damaged (large crack at bottom/distortion on the screen as if it had been dropped) and would not work despite us trying many times to get it to connect. We thought this was just an oversight and weren't too bothered as we read/watched our phones but next morning we overheard another guest saying their tv didn't work either. In addition, we were advised at breakfast that there was no full English offering. The continental was sparse but ok (no pastries) and we were able to order a 'garden' breakfast which had halloumi on but this omission did let them down. Also asked twice for clean glasses for the juice but was ignored. Finally, the fire alarm sounded twice at midnight but there was no mention of this or apology the next day.

Toller Aufenthalt mit allem was man braucht
Pros:

Tolles historisches Gebäude mit modernen, top ausgestatteten Zimmern. Großer Parkplatz und direkt an der Bahnstation mit direkter Anbindung ins Zentrum.

Cons:

Das Frühstück ist eher mittelmäßig.
