Amazing value for money
Pros:

Amazing value for money. Clean. Got an upgrade. Good breakfast. Best of all was the very comfortable bed. Room (112) was large. Much better than expected. Zero road noise either. Slept like a log.

Cons:

Nothing. For what we paid, it surpassed expectations.

Obsługa w nocy pomocna i uprzejma, dostałem adapter do gniazda, czajnik w pokoju z herbatą, czysto, czysta pościel, Łazienka. Pros:

Great location (for my purposes), close proximity to a Metrolink stop, spacious room that was cleaned daily, kettle in the room, nice staff.

Cons:

My room smelled damp a bit (which from my experience sometimes happen in old British houses) and was on a ground floor or even below. It would be great to have some vegetable for breakfast.

M'esperava més de l'habitació, més gran sobre tot. Vaig reservar-la perquè a les fotos semblava més gran i no era així. La dutxa olorava a estones malament.

English breakfast was ok
Personnel were friendly

Cons:

The facilities were quite old (e.g. uneven floors)
No air conditioning or way to regulate room temperature
Cleanliness was quite bad (brown stains in my bed sheet which were not changed after multiple room tidy-up, common bathroom of the restaurant area was very dirty)
The smashed avocado toasts I asked for breakfast the first day were really unappetizing
I arrived after 12pm and the Hotel left a message on the door requesting to call a local number for a staff member to open: this can be a problem if the guest does not have access to mobile roaming services
Overall experience is not matching my expectation for a 3 star Hotel

Convenient location
Pros:

Good location and easy to get to Trafford park. Good bathroom size. Had AC. Comfortable and clean.

Cons:

Their booking.com was hacked which meant we ended up getting a scam WhatsApp message asking for banking details to keep the room. I called them and they confirmed the scam, might’ve been nice if they alerted customers as people could’ve fallen for that very easily. Didn’t seem apologetic or even concerned that my bank details may have been shared.
Room wise - unfortunately we were on the ground floor in a windowless room which wasn’t ideal. The parking cost more than they had initially advised over the booking messenger.

Pros:

Very pleasant and helpful staff, the breakfast was most excellent, the bed was very comfortable, the rooms very clean. The location was perfect for my needs. Would definitely return next I'm in Manchester.

Tolle Lage, Tram 3 Minuten Fußweg, Old Trafford Stadium 15 Minuten Fußweg.
Freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Trotz Upgrade sehr kleines Zimmer ohne Fenster. Bett für 2 Personen recht klein.
