Cons:

PaS très propre les tables du petit déjeuner dont nous n'avons pas voulu utiliser et la moquette du hall et escalier laisse à désirer. Mais la chambre ça allait .
La façade et le parking (payant) ne sont pas non plus accueillants.

The worst hotel in Manchester
Pros:

Probably the worst hotel i have ever stayed in. Arriving at the hotel it appeared to be similar to the lovely AI retouched photos however the outside of the hotel and carpark look almost abandoned. We went into reception and waited over 10 minutes to be checked in. We were told that we had been upgraded to a suite, sounds lovely I thought. The inside of the building does retain its charm, it looked quite pleasant. We entered our room to be met with the dirtiest carpet i have ever seen in a hotel room, stained and threadbare. The room was ridiculously hot and we found the towel rail in the bathroom was on. We were at the front of the hotel overlooking a very busy main road. The TV barely had any channels, I retuned it myself. The bed was so soft that I had no sleep for 2 nights. The breakfast was awful. Salty, greasy and tasteless with very poor quality ingredients. The bread was standard white sliced cheap bread with no alternatives. The pastries ran out almost immediately and weren't restocked. The staff couldn't care less. Absolutely awful experience. Do not book

lekker grote bedden

Cons:

Het was vreemd dat dit hotel geen lift had. We zaten gelukkig op de 1e etage maar er is ook een 2de etage, dan is het nog lastiger om je zware koffer te tillen. Verder was alles redelijk gedateerd, oud tapijt etc.

Je voelt je helemaal welkom door het vriendelijke personeel. En mijn eenpersoonskamer hadden ze geüpgraded naar een grotere kamer. Het was erg warm weer, maar gelukkig hadden ze al een ventilator op de kamer gezet.

Nice hotel wouldn’t have breakfast again
Pros:

Lovely room, clean and well equipped. Air conditioning a bonus and had a quiet and comfortable nights sleep. Room spacious and decorated very nicely.

Cons:

The breakfast is very poor. Cardboard cups for drinks, barely cooked bacon, eggs cooked in some form of oil which gave a strange smell. Constantly had to ask for things as the counters weren’t replenished quick enough. It would be easier to seat your quests then take their order and cook it rather than leaving items in dishes to pick from. Really let the stay down which was a shame as afternoon tea the day before was lovely

Pros:

Service of the hotel were fantastic, friendly and helpful throughout reception, bar and restaurant.
room was upgraded, very clean one odd was the sofa which was blue and had a red throw on it did make the room feel disjointed in regards to the rest of the room decor

Cons:

the room was near a staff only/fire exit, which was very old and needs replacing as they were accessing the building and using this door which was very loud and woke me on two occassions.
