Extrêment propre, bien chauffé et staff très agréable

Cons:

L'hotel est malheureusement pas situé dans un très bon quartier

Exceeded my expectations in every way.
Pros:

I loved everything about this sweet little boutique hotel. As a single/solo traveller, it gave me everything I needed better than a chain hotel. I had a super comfortable room, bed was fantastic, very clean and the bathroom was perfect for my weekend stay. I felt safe, comfortable and happy. Sabina and her team made every effort to ensure my stay was wonderful. I would 100% come back again and again! Thank you Sabina!

Pros:

The room is spotless, including the bathroom, and the bed is incredibly comfortable. After 38 hours and four flights, I was able to sleep soundly like a baby.

Cons:

The only thing to keep in mind is that there isn’t an elevator. So, if you're bringing luggage, please be prepared to carry it up the stairs. Just a friendly heads-up for those of you with heavy luggages!

Cute, clean hotel near U of Ottawa
Pros:

The location is great if you have business at the University of Ottawa. Very clean, cute, homey hotel with very helpful staff. Walking distance to restaurants and Tim Hortons. Would stay again.

Cons:

Neighborhood is nice in one direction but gets pretty seedy in the other direction. Lots of people with substance abuse issues on the street.
