Hotel was very clean. Lobby was spotless and room was clean and smelled fresh. Breakfast staff was by far working above and beyond to please the guests. They were very friendly and were constantly refilling all food items and cleaning up to keep tables clean for guests.
I’m so grateful Rosa and Gustavo tended to all my needs and questions during the delicious breakfast on a Saturday rising thank you! Give them a raise asap

Hôtel confortable et très bien situé
The room was spacious and beds were comfortable. The hotel location was about a 3 min walk to Inner Harbor. The staff was so friendly. I liked that they had a small coffee/tea area at the front. We left early in the morning, so I can't tell you about their breakfast.
Im glad I didn't pay for valet. We were only there for 11 hours and it would have been expensive. If you are only staying overnight, like we did, there is a parking garage right across the street that was $13 for 12 hours.

The pool.was to small. In the picture the pool.look huge, please take the proper size of the swimming pool. The pillows are way to soft.
Tishanna Stewart was our valet Parker and she was a human extraordinaire. Her beautiful smile and sunny disposition were unmatched. She made our experience warm, personal and so efficient!! She is a gem.
Friendly staff
Aircon was under maintenance and could function during limited hours
However I still felt the room was quite hot even when the aircon was functioning
I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and how close it was to things we enjoyed downtown.
I did not like the room arrangement, we did not have a view of anything but the other nicer hotel across the street. I did not like valet they were very slow especially during the "dangerous hours" the pool was super small and very crowded at times.

The entire staff was so accommodating and friendly. I especially would like to thank Tyler from valet who assisted with parking my vehicle. He took a few extra minutes to speak with me about the hotel, the area attractions and what to expect from the neighborhood. I highly recommend this location for anyone visiting.
Amazing food cooked by Rosa Gustavo
Breakfast was a good way to start the day. Wish they had more pillows. Everything else was comfortable and clean. Find a way to keep the juice cold.
