Amazing breakfast and attention
Extremely friendly staff and great service, our stay was fantastic!
Gustavo and Rosa were amazing hosts during breakfast. They made us feel welcomed and like we were visiting family. Thank you both for exceptional service.
The staff there are absolutely wonderful especially Gustavo and Rosa, they made my breakfast enjoyable. You all are amazing and thank you for making my first trip to Baltimore special.
No particular problem that really any concern. Just a small language barrier between cleaning staff and myself attempting to have a spill cleaned up. Language barrier prevented it from happening, which I ended up doing myself no big deal just unfortunate. Front office personnel very cordial very welcoming also was able to provide taxi information for our local travel using valley parking to protect our vehicle and not have to drive around town worth the extra money. Rooms are clean, nice large TV, which is one of my pet peeves!!! Would recommend to any of my friends. Minutes from inner Harbor is a plus.
Darlene, the valet parking attendant, is excellent. She helped me with my car and I was able to arrive at my destination early. Thank you so much, Darlene.
About 2 blocks from harbor. Good price thru Expedia. Very clean, comfortable rooms/bed and adequate breakfast. Egg, meat, potatoes are the hot items. Waffle maker, oatmeal with fixings, fruit, yogurt, muffins, cereal, 24 hour coffee station. Valet parking $45/day. You can park on your own for cheaper but area is not the best. Valet parking is indoor lot. Inner Harbor at a low point now. Questionable environment. They keep the city clean as far as trash/litter but watch your back. Supposedly there is a $250 million renovation of Inner Harbor in the works which may spruce up the outter quadrants including the area where this hotel resides.
Staff are excellent, especially the woman at the desk in the morning.
I was there for a conference of poets and writers. Some of us were personal friends of Renee Good. I was embarrassed that I was stuck with this old reservation and unable to find another place to stay. I have no problem with the Baltimore Hampton at all, but this will be my last stay in a Hilton property due to the chain's obvious and public support of the regime who murdered our friend and colleague. Hilton = Krups or Benz in the 1930s and 1940s.
Full breakfast
I was overcharged for parking
Excellent stay. Great breakfast and service by Rosa & Gustavo. Thanks
Clean room. Good location. Very nice service, particularly at breakfast. Gustavo and Rosa are really sweet hosts.
We came to Baltimore for the 2026 AWP conference. We really have no complaints but do have shout outs to staff who went out of the way to make art stay very pleasant: Rosa and Gustav at breakfast (and a very delicious breakfast it was) and Sandra who cleaned our room. I always struggle being in a strange city, but having friendly people at your hotel really helps!
Great location near the arena. The property is very nice in a renovated older building. The breakfast staff (Gustavo and Rosa) were extremely helpful from getting fresh food out to helping with the waffle maker. Would definitely recommend.
The hotel is great! Great location! Very quiet rooms! Rosa and Gustavo working with the food service were both very nice and helpful! Gustavo even heated me up some eggs that didn’t have meat and brought them to me on the day there were western omelets. It was so kind! He went out of his way. I feel very grateful for that! Great experience overall! Thank you!
Enjoy our stay. The valet parking attendant (Darlene) and staff was very courteous, professional and perform in timely manner.
