Convenient, pleasant atmosphere, customer satisfaction was at the forefront.
Pros:

Staff were great! We were especially pleased with the breakfast staff person, "Rosa" and the morning valet. Very family-friendly.

Cons:

The elevators were having some issues, and the rooms need a bit of updating - but we would stay there again for sure.

We had a great time—minus our toddler getting sick on our last night, of course, but the staff was helpful in bringing u
Pros:

My kids really like this hotel for the indoor pool. My husband and I like the location and the fact that the room can accommodate our family of 5. Complimentary breakfast and coffee is a plus, too!

Cons:

The beds are way too firm for my comfort level, but that’s a minor detail I can work through during our stay.

Pros:

The pool was a nice feature, breakfast was good. The staff were nice and they answered right away when we asks for extra pillows and towels.

Cons:

Nothing I can think of so far. It was okay but not in a wow way. A good place to stay over my kid's springbreak.

Won’t be staying again.
Pros:

The staff was nice and polite.

Cons:

The pool was freezing cold. I was told it was a heated pool. The breakfast area did not have any direction to the flow of traffic.

The stay was wonderful.
Pros:

The property was clean. I like the fact that you needed your key card to enter the building after hours and to get on the elevator. The people at the front desk were very friendly.

A very pleasant and comfortable and safe feeling place. Thank you everyone
Pros:

The location was great. The friendliness and helpfulness of all the staff from the Valet guys to the front desk, ladies at breakfast and the maintenance guys that were walking around & at the pool were all so welcoming.

Cons:

The heating A/C unit was a bit noisey but nothing to keep me from coming back.

The staff was friendly the front desk supervisor gave me a refund for my inconvenience
Pros:

I like the Location I come often when I’m in the city .the cleanliness and all our attractions were in walking distance.

Cons:

After My children went to the pool area 5 minutes after they informed that pool will be shutting down due to an electrical issue which I understand safety first. ‘Me and my family were locked out of our room due to a top lock being jammed. The breakfast was not what we expected.

Best place to stay in Baltimore! Feels like home!
Pros:

The location was perfect. We were able to walk to many different food options and attractions. The front desk staff was amazing! Ms. King at the front desk gave us great recommendations for everything we asked about. 10 out of 10!

Cons:

I would have loved waffles at breakfast to accompany the rest of the tasty options.

Odd room layout for a king suite
Pros:

Quiet room I did not hear the street noise and it is in walking distance to the inner Harbor and convention center

Cons:

I booked a king suite room the only option for this room type is next to the elevator and ice vending machine. I was told that there’s only one king suite on each of the floors and they are in the same location. The lighting in the room was also very odd. There was no overhead ceiling light in the bedroom area and no floor lamp. I had to rely on a hallway light near the bathroom and two sconces near the bed. the room set up did not make any sense to watch TV from the couch. I had to move the couch in order to watch the TV and the set up was not comfortable and there was no end table, I had to use my suitcase as an end table, so the room is designed poorly. They have the couch on the same wall as the TV so if you’re sitting on the couch, you’re facing the bed not the TV.
When I moved the couch, there was a lot of trash that had not been vacuumed so the housekeeping does need to take a look at making sure they’re completely clean the rooms.
