Gross, nasty, dirty and unkept

Good location

Cons:

Nasty. Ripped carpet. Gunk on window shade. Bathroom sink overflow hole gross, gunked up, red mold on shower soap holder, dirty, missing ice machine on 3rd floor. Broken ice machine on 1st, hallway smelled like old rose bathroom spray, stained carpets. We left without showering to get the hell out.

Price way too high for an outdated building sorely in need of renovation. General manager was uncooperative and arrogant. Our concerns about price and billing were never addressed adequately.

Pros:

The AC was very loud. The highway noise was constant and loud all night. Stayed on the 2nd floor, the people in the room above us you could hear them when they walked or ran across floor above. Th breakfast was adequate.

Beds very comfortable . Room clean and well maintained. Hotel staff very nice. All in all a very good stay.

Cons:

Building was old but we'll maintained. Breakfast served too late in morning for us to partake. We left by 6:30.

Expensive, small, not too clean.
Pros:

For some reason, it was 3.2 times more expensive than surrounding choices. I was hoping that meant better but it was one of the worst. Next time I will not choose this place to stay, and I’ll avoid this brand as well in case they are all like this.

Stayed overnight to go to Darien Lake. Nice, clean hotel. Pool and hot tub were clean. Breakfast had an amazing variety and waffles.
