Pros:

The staff was excellent, place was excellent but booking .com was really bad never use them again!

Pros:

Room was lacking microwave, hair dryer, tv difficult to work. For over $200/ night this was a disappointment for a Hampton Inn. Definitely needs an upgrade….older facility.

Wonderful staff however no sleep will happen on the worst beds ever

The staff was wonderful. The room was nice overall.

Cons:

The bed was by far the worst bed we’ve ever slept in. Both my husband and I barely slept because it was so hard. The bathtub could also use a remodel. The drain was nasty looking and there were bubbles under the bottom of the tub you could feel when you showered.

Gross, nasty, dirty and unkept

Cons:

Nasty. Ripped carpet. Gunk on window shade. Bathroom sink overflow hole gross, gunked up, red mold on shower soap holder, dirty, missing ice machine on 3rd floor. Broken ice machine on 1st, hallway smelled like old rose bathroom spray, stained carpets. We left without showering to get the hell out.

Pros:

The AC was very loud. The highway noise was constant and loud all night. Stayed on the 2nd floor, the people in the room above us you could hear them when they walked or ran across floor above. Th breakfast was adequate.
