Clean rooms, lots of options for breakfast, loved having a restaurant behind the location that was open late.

Cons:

Pool/hottub wasn't open late enough, tv was hard to watch laying in bed, $5 water seemed high should be complimentary

It was a pleasant stay and at a great value.
Pros:

The room was clean, quiet, and spacious enough for my family. My wife said it was her favorite hotel we stayed at. Keep up the great work!

It was very stressful

Clean and quiet

Cons:

They lied about our reservation and said we cancelled it and we didn’t we called the night before and said we were coming in late cause my sons band bus was leaving at a different time and they wouldn’t allow us to drive up with our child he had to be on the bus. They told us that was fine they would leave a note for the staff and that they would see us when we got in. When we showed up they said they were going to charge us a cancellation fee cause we were not there last night after we called them and made us to another reservation. And made sure the amount matched the previous reservation amount. When I talked to bookings.com to check in on what happened they said they would looked into the situation that we now had our reservation still open and there new one. When bookings confirmed back with me bookings expressed to be that they comped us one night and made us a new reservation due to the misunderstanding and that is not true. We were charged for both nights. And when we contacted the hotel to get money back they then said the hotel did the right thing on charging us a cancellation fee. This is absolutely ridiculous that they contradict themselves and we will not be dealing with them again. Which is sad cause we do competitions out that way all the time and I thought we found a good place but they simply can’t take there mistakes and not make them there customers!!

It was perfect for an in and out stay
Pros:

I like the accessibility to restaurants and activities near the hotel

Cons:

The breakfast was great. Unfortunately, the pastries were quite stale. I even tried to have an English muffin. And it was so dry. I couldn't even get it to split apart to toast. Also, there was no brown sugar for the oatmeal.As an option for topping.
