There was no stay!
Pros:

Nothing to like about it, did not get to stay.

Cons:

Upon arrival 6 hrs after check in our room wasn’t near ready! What in the world happened?
When we book through booking doesn’t the hotel count us for the night or days?
Ya somehow have a miscommunication or something else.
They claim they over booked and underestimated how many people was booking. Front desk Wendy tried her best to stay calm because there was many other family that had the same issue. Wendy mentioned a 20 minute wait, so we waited. 20 min later I went to open my room door, I thought I walked into someone’s room! It did not even get touch!
It was late, kids tired. So Wendy said it’s ok if we cancel.
I better not get charge for anything.

Pros:

How late the pool stays open. It’s so great especially for late check in. Because of this, we had a great time.

I recommend this hotel for stay
Pros:

I like the room facilities and the way I can open thr windows.
Was clean and comfortable, but only has 2 glasses and we were 4 adults and a child
Breakfast was excellent

Please give me my deposit back you charge way too much
Pros:

I liked that we were close to shopping

Cons:

I didn't like that I never got my deposit back and no one told me why
And charge us everyday for parking thats highway robbery! Don't you make enough by all those deposits! Which shouldn't be like that in the first place you charge way too much ! Your not the Ritz Carlton or 4 seasons seriously you charge way too much which I'd like my deposit back

The breakfast was the best. Staff were polite. Beds were comfortable.

Cons:

Biggest thing I looked forward to was the pool and it was cold. Still swam but only once and stayed for 4 nights.

Great job to the overnight/am breakfast staff gal!! kudos for keeping a smile through the chaos!
Pros:

The staff member working breakfast both days was amazing and was working her butt off to ensure everything was running as smoothly as possible. The food was good and did the trick feeding 3 hungry teenage boys pregame time with enough options to satisfy each of them.

Cons:

The layout of the breakfast nook isn’t very big and doesn’t flow very well

Good hotel at great location.
Pros:

Breakfast was great. Also loved the location. Easy in and out of the hotel. Staff was understanding and helpful.

Cons:

Rooms are really designed for few nights stay. They feel small/cramped a bit. It's fine for business traveller for 1-2 days stay but not for family of 5 travelling for a week.
