Please give me my deposit back you charge way too much
Pros:

I liked that we were close to shopping

Cons:

I didn't like that I never got my deposit back and no one told me why
And charge us everyday for parking thats highway robbery! Don't you make enough by all those deposits! Which shouldn't be like that in the first place you charge way too much ! Your not the Ritz Carlton or 4 seasons seriously you charge way too much which I'd like my deposit back

Pros:

The breakfast was the best. Staff were polite. Beds were comfortable.

Cons:

Biggest thing I looked forward to was the pool and it was cold. Still swam but only once and stayed for 4 nights.

Great job to the overnight/am breakfast staff gal!! kudos for keeping a smile through the chaos!
Pros:

The staff member working breakfast both days was amazing and was working her butt off to ensure everything was running as smoothly as possible. The food was good and did the trick feeding 3 hungry teenage boys pregame time with enough options to satisfy each of them.

The layout of the breakfast nook isn’t very big and doesn’t flow very well

Good hotel at great location.
Pros:

Breakfast was great. Also loved the location. Easy in and out of the hotel. Staff was understanding and helpful.

Cons:

Rooms are really designed for few nights stay. They feel small/cramped a bit. It's fine for business traveller for 1-2 days stay but not for family of 5 travelling for a week.
