Pros:

The location was very convenient since it was close to where I was traveling for work. Plus, with a supermarket (Safeway) and plenty of restaurants within walking distance, you won’t get bored even if you stay for several days.

Convenience and Value In Santa Clara
Pros:

Hyatt House Santa Clara is very conveniently located between U.S. 101 and I-880 so it's easily accessible from either of these two major routes. Similar to nearly all Hyatt House properties, the rooms include a kitchenette, fully stocked with cooking utensils (cookware, cutlery, dish soap, etc.). Another convenient benefit is the small living room/sitting area. A buffet breakfast is included and is served in the spacious lobby area. Other amenities include a pool and jacuzzi, coin operated laundry room, and a small sundries shop next to the check-in desk. One major bonus is that the hotel shares the same property with Rivermark Shopping Village, which includes a Safeway grocery store and other shops and restaurants. At the time of our stay, parking was $17 per night. Overall, our stay was comfortable but we found the room to be a bit worn and dated. Though the lobby area felt a bit more updated, compared to other Hyatt House we've recently stayed at (including Anaheim and Seattle), the rooms at this property did not receive the same updated remodel. Other points to note:

- The neighboring shopping center is only a short walk away
- Reasonably priced for the amenities included
- Conveniently Located
- Nice pool (large pool)
- Included breakfast makes for good value
- Room is a bit dated and worn (especially the kitchen). Could use a refresh.
