Breakfast was good
Room size was good
Room was hot no air had to open windows to cool off, front desk said there was no problem but didn’t even bother to look. Put the room AC and heat not cool was coming out of upper vents.
Pool accommodations were limited, seems guests who pay for and picked the place should have accessiblity to the pool or it should be stated in description that the pool is rented to outside parties and your window is limited in the morning as well as the evening.

Nice hotel for basic needs. Pool is only available for certain hours and no air conditioners. They have a fan available in your room when it gets too warm.

The walls were covered in dirt and smears it was actually disgusting, looks like the walls have never been cleaned. The rug had stains and the fridge didn't work. No AC, despite the windows having stickers saying don't open there is an AC. We did ask about this and were told we could open the windows because there's no AC but there would be bugs. Staff were very friendly though.

Rooms are very clean and the front staff are very friendly and helpful.

Far from downtown Frankfurt but a nice calm location in between airport and city. Easy to get around. Not much for dining options.

Was good hotel with pool

Very nice and clean hotel. The drawback is absence of during-the-day food/drink service of any kind.

Very friendly staff, eet nice place, perhaps would do with a bigger gym but all-in-all was a very pleasant stay.
Tram is a couple of minutes walk and goes directly to city center

We enjoyed our stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was a little away from everything which made for a quite evening. We were a little disappointed the restaurant wasn't open for dinner and there were not too many options nearby open on a Sunday night. The elevators were almost too narrow for my wheelchair.

Right next to wooded area for running. Five to ten minute walk to subway which was one stop from the stadium and two stops from downtown.

There was a grocery at the subway and restaurants.

The shuttle to the airport was very helpful to catch flights.

Outdated but fantastic.
Staff was extremely friendly, breakfast was perfect. Bed and room was simple but super comfy. Pool was small but water was nice and warm and sauna plus steam room was a good option. Overall we were very happy. Not luxurious but felt very comfortable and had all amenities easily accessible, very easy comfortable stay

Nice breakfast and pool area.rooms were decent. Some of the drains/bathroom faucet features didn’t work very well other than that, it’s a decent place

This hotel was nice and clean however it was listed as a VIP with Expedia and they did not honor anything for VIP. We booked a queen bed and they tried to put us in a two single bed room. When I questioned the bed arrangements they said there were upgrades to queen bed but I had to pay for the upgrade which is not how the Expedia VIP status is supposed to work! So for the price we ended up paying. I was not satisfied

This was a very nice hotel with convenient parking and close to Deutsche Bank Park. The restaurant and bar were great!
