Très bon rapport qualité prix.
Pros:

Spacieux, très propre, salle de bains impeccable. Petit déjeuner buffet correct. Bornes de recharge pour les véhicules électriques dans le parking de l'hôtel.

Cons:

Il pleuvait et il y avait des bruits d'écoulement dans la chambre. Les bornes de recharge électriques fonctionnent mais ne sont pas de plus rapides (4 kw max)

Would stay again.
Pros:

Lovely hotel although the rooms are small and a bit tired for the money. Shower towels very small. Lovely facilities for a summer stay. Breakfast was good although very busy and queues.

Cons:

Don't park under the trees in the carpark as falling bits cracked our windscreen in the car. Hotel would not take responsibility even though the trees are on their property. Made our stay extremely expensive !!

Pros:

Der freundliche Empfang.
Die Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer mit ausreichend Kaffekapseln.
Großer Indoor Swimmingpool um richtig gut schwimmen zu können. Allerdings in einem gefühlten sterilen Klinik-Look. Kein Ort der einlädt sich über das Schwimmen hinaus aufzuhalten.

Cons:

1.Die Rezeption wsr zu unserer Ankunftszeit , an einem Werktag um die abendliche Rushhour, an der gewöhnlich viele Businessgäste einchecken nur mit einem Mitarbeiter besetzt, so dass wir erst nach 15 Minuten einchecken konnten..
2. Die Betten waren von miserablen Qualität. Viel zu weiche Schaumstoffmatratzen, welche dazu noch schon beim Einstieg ins Bett auf der Bettunterlage herumrutschten. Die Bettlaken waren viel zu klein um bei normaler Bettbenutzung auf der Matratze zu halten. Morgens wenn man aufwacht liegt man halb auf der nackten Matratze und die Matratze hängt 10-20 cm aus dem Bett heraus. Zumindest eine Anti-Rutsch Zwischenlage und Spannlaken könnten da eine wesentliche Verbesserung bringen.
Fragt man die Damen des Zimmerservice nach solchen Abhilfe-Massnahmen erntet man nur unverständliche Blicke, da die Damen nur niederländisch sprechen und keine andere Fremdsprache. Gewisse Grundkenntnisse in Englisch sollte man auch bei Zimmerservicekräften in einer so großen Hotelkette erwarten können.
3. Das Frühstück ist nur von mittlerer bis unterdurchschnittliche Qualität. zB. Rührei das vermutlich nicht aus frischen Eiern sonder aus Eipulver zubereitet wurde.Nur einfache Scheibenkäse-Sorten und ein Camenbert, keine höherwertigen Blockkäse.
Kein Naturjoghurt für die Müslizubereitung.,
Wenn man beim Servicepersonal nachfragt, wird man auf den herumstenden Quark oder Milch verwiesen. Fruchtsäfte waren nur als wasserverdünnte "Nektare" vorhanden. Alleiniges Highlight waren am 2.Tag, kleine knusprig gebacken Weißbrot- Baguette in französcher Baguette-Qualität.

Falls wir nächstes mal nach Arnhem kommen, werden wir in diesem Fletcher Hotel nicht mehr übernachten.

Prima maar wel wat verbeterpunten.
Pros:

Ontbijt was goed en uitgebreid, heerlijke broodjes.
Badkamer was erg klein maar voor 1 nachtje was het prima.
Zwembad was groot zat ( binnen zwembad).

Cons:

Gebak wat wij bestelde bij de thee en warme chocolademelk was nog half bevroren, dit ook gemeld bij de ober maar daar is niks mee gedaan.
Diner was wisselend bij mij was het prima maar mijn dochter en kleinzoon was het matig.
Lamp in het zwembad dreef in het water, dit gemeld maar kregen te horen dat die steeds los ging. Ik vind dat dit direct gemaakt moet worden.

Die Reinigung. Zimmer für 2 Personen gebucht und nur 1 Handtuch. Ich habe 3 Kakerlaken getötet.
Zimmer 190 nicht zu empfehlen, Tür in Badezimmer geht direkt nach außen ist geschlossen aber der Wind feift durch.
