Good ambiance, friendly staff, good food at Amare. Microtel, Baguio is near to Bus terminal, Burham Park, Cathedral, Session Road and near to local reastaurants.
Over priced hotel that is not capable to accomodate all guest. They do not care about persons with disabilities or those that smoke.
As always expected, being my 5th time to stay in Microtel, the services keeps on becoming better.
The room and beddings are clean and smelling good. The food in the buffet breaksfast is good and has a lot of food choices.
The staffs including the guards are friendly and accommodating. They always have that ready smile and greetings.
The design of the hotel is so beautiful and so relaxing.
Thank you for the wonderful experience and see you again soon.
This is the first time to celebrate our family Christmas in Baguio and we stayed in this hotel. Overall experience was great. From the front desk experience it was great. Thank you Housekeeping department for their prompt service. Highly recommend.
My family had a very pleasant stay at Microtel by Wyndham Baguio, made even better by the people behind the service.
Kudos to Sir Val from the Front Office and his team for their professionalism, efficiency, and genuine care for guests. One moment that really stood out was when our last minnite late checkout request was approved due to our car being affected by number coding on our checkout day. What made this more meaningful was that the hotel was already experiencing high occupancy, yet they still found a way to accommodate our request. That kind of flexibility and guest-first mindset is truly appreciated and not always easy to deliver operationally.
The housekeeping team on graveyard duty also deserves commendation. He was prompt, courteous, and attentive despite the late hours, ensuring our comfort without hesitation. The security team likewise provided excellent assistance in assisting us from the moment we arrived till we left - all are approachable, helpful, and reassuring throughout our stay.
Overall, the service across departments was consistent and well-coordinated. Microtel Baguio clearly has a strong service culture, and it shows in the way the team handles guests with care and professionalism. Highly recommended, and we would gladly stay here again.
Awesome experience as always when staying at Microtel Baguio. Had a pleasant stay. Big thanks to Eman and Gerlee for assisting us!
This is our 3rd time in Baguio this year and it’s good to be staying at this relaxing and homely hotel. It’s near to almost everything you want in Baguio. Just walking distances to restaurants, SM Baguio, Baguio Cathedral and even Lower Session Road where a lot of actions are usually happening on Sundays. The hotel is cozy, clean and a room with fridge and countertops for the guests’ convenience. The bed is soft and pillows that are really just right. Clean toilet and bath.
Their staff are so kind and very accommodating. We were welcomed nicely by Aubray and Edman at the Front Desk. They’re so helpful and patient in explaining to us everything there is we need to know. Ariel of Housekeeping was very helpful in looking to our needs everyday. And finally, Ms Mariluz made our daily breakfast satisfying with her ready smile and assistance.
The hotel has parking spaces if one is bringing a car and with security guards 24/7.
We will surely get back and stay there, God willing.
Close to Victory bus station. Rooms small but clean breakfast ok, not great. Staff helpful with tour travel.
Blanket was kind of weird, felt like some type of plastic.
We like everything in this hotel, from location, aircon, ice maker, water dispenser, etc.
Nothing
Staff, food and location
Parking space, minimal
The location is near the terminal of Victory Liner.
The food. No other choices.
Close to Victory Bus Liner and the good quality of your hotel
Not enough buffet selection for westerners but what I had was masarap
Literally at the bus station and close to Session Road
They had better breakfast several years ago, but no compaints about this stay.
Amenities and location
Promos lack of it
The biggest reason I stayed there is the location; connected to the VL terminal and close to SM Mall. I like the split unit aircon. Liked the water containers with hot water in the hallway. A good restaurant with good food.
The beds were very uncomfortable and those thick sheets were cold and horrible feeling. New beds are needed that contour to the pressure points of your body. The cr needed MUCH brighter lighting. Overall, the hotel needs an upgrade from the oldish furnishings.
What was great about the experience was how accommodating the hotel was during Typhoon Uwan. I needed a last-minute reservation because most parts of Baguio City had a power outage, and I urgently needed temporary shelter. I was able to find a safe and comfortable home for myself and my partner. I can’t be thankful enough!
