El hotel muy mal, primero no pusieron en un cuarto que no tenía nada de vista solo una pared, ustedes indicaron que era el precio con impuestos y al llegar me cobraron un impuesto turístico, no nos hicieron el cuarto siempre nos dejaban sin toallas al llamar a recepción decían que teníamos que ir a buscar a las 8pm después de salir de duchar, no colocan agua no colocan cafetera son mal educados, la lencería mal. Todo muy mal no es un hotel 4 estrellas es máximo 2 estrellas

Pros:

The hotel has good sized rooms plus a small practical kitchen.

Cons:

We arrived early to check in at reception, just to drop our bags. The person at the reception desk was not busy at all but told us to bring the luggage to the storage room and gave us the key to do this. I don’t care doing this at all, yet this are the small things why you maybe go to a hotel and not an Airbnb or apartment (where you may have to do anything on your own). Plus this required no effort, just going one floor down with the elevator and putting the bag into a storage room.

La atención del personal y sus instalaciones buenas

Cons:

En una habitación para cuatro, había una cama de matrimonio y un sofá cama, y como siempre pasa este es muy incómodo para dormir
