Disappointing doesn't cover it. Too expensive, Zero quality.
Pros:

Great location and friendly enough front staff.

Cons:

The toilet was disgusting 🫣 The shower wouldn't drain and that's gross. The rooms were not insulated in the least bit, you could here everything everywhere which was very hard to sleep or even relax. There was also extremely loud trash pickup every morning around 4 or 5am, with no warning when we checked in. The water was not hot at all. We purchased swim suits just to find out that the pool and the hot tub were "out of order" when we had just asked if they were both open about 30 mins prior. The bar/restaurant staff was extremely rude, to anyone that wasn't drinking alcohol. We spent our money elsewhere. There were multiple signs for vending but no vending available. The selection in the grab and go was limited unless you wanted a candy bar. Although was a great location, the property was poor and the price was way too high for zero quality. We will be staying at one of the other hotels in the area in the future. Even the Super 8 was in better condition. This is hotel is not worthy of the Hilton Garden name.

DIDNT EAT BREAKFAST THOUGHT IT WAS PART OF FREE BREAKFAST.

Cons:

The Beds where terrible very hard and uncomfortable for the price hilton change for room a comfortable mattress was very much seeded

Accommodations, professionalism, & service were fantastic.
Pros:

Clean & friendly. There are two individuals who went out of their way to make our stay memorable. First is Ms. Sharon. She has the best southern personality and greeted us with open arms. Like we were family. And the other individual was Billy the cook and oversaw the breakfast area. They both are the best. They both should be recognized by the Hilton Hotel for outstanding employees!

Wallpaper falling off walls (Room312 and hallways), toilet was broke and I had to take the internal parts apart to fix it. My daughter lost her key and asked the older gentleman to make new ones and he initially said he would just make another one. I asked to get two new ones because I didn't want someone to find the lost one and get into our daughters room and he told me that made no sense. Argued with me until I had enough. Left $20 on the bed for the cleaning service and they never came. Rooms are gross and very disappointed. I seek out Hilton hotels intentionally and not sure if it is because it is a Hilton garden, but was not the standard I am use to. If I were the owner, I would send someone in to secret shop this place with different issues and see how they are treated.
