I definitely do not recommend this hotel to anyone.
My experience at the Quality Inn & Suites was absolutely unacceptable, to the point that I left the property just one hour after checking in. The lack of hygiene in the room was disgusting: I found a spider in the bathtub, clipped nails scattered across the floor, and a used dental floss pick tossed under the bed. To top off the chaotic scene, the guest in the next room had a dog barking incessantly, making any rest impossible.
Unable to stay in those conditions, I went down to the front desk, returned the keys, and requested a cancellation with an immediate refund. The receptionist assured me the manager would contact me to resolve the situation, but that call never came. Total disregard for the customer.
I was forced to file a formal complaint with Booking.com support and, ultimately, had to request a chargeback directly through my credit card company. Fortunately, the bank approved my request and refunded my money after I provided the photos I took proving all the filth and irregularities in the room.
It was a massive headache and showed a complete lack of respect from the management. I definitely do not recommend this hotel to anyone.
The room was nice and the bed was comfortable
It stunk of dirty socks and wet dog
The staff were very welcoming and accommodating. The bed was so comfortable, I slept very good. I like the laundry facility on site. The breakfast was always stocked up. The area felt safe. There was a taco truck and a store right next-door so that was great.
My biggest complaint would have to be that I requested housekeeping every day to bring fresh towels, dump the trash and restock toilet paper and cups. On the weekend they didn’t get to my room so I had to go to the front desk get trash bag bags and fresh towels, and take out my own trash. They need to hire more staff on weekends.

Came down for breakfast at 8, and there weren't a lot of options left to be had

I had my service dog with me as I always do. We got put on the 2nd floor. When the elevator opened we were left breathless at the strong stench of urine. The hallways on the 2nd floor smelled so bad we had to hold our breath waiting for the elevator. It smelled like someone used the hallway as a restroom more than once. And not a dog. This was human. When checking in atleast 4 patrons asked to use the restroom prior to making it to their rooms and the attendant told them the only available restroom was the employee one and it was occupied. Not sure if the lack of facilities contributed to the smell on the 2nd floor.

We were not happy
We booked this hotel because booking said it had a pool and hot tub. That was the whole reason we rented the room. I had my kids up from Spokane and the pool and hot tub were out plan for the night. I wasn’t happy booking gave us wrong information.
The location and it smelled like pot.

It was very reasonably priced. Room was clean. Beds were comfortable. Didn't hear other guests. Breakfast was good.
Refrigerator was not working. We didn't need it, but it would have been nice to keep our water cold.
Toilet looked like it was on the verge of clogging when we got there. Plunger did make things better, so it might be an issue with the building.
Staff were great. Breakfast very good. Clean.
The renting tenants were sketchy at best. Little noisy with barking doggy.
