Worth the price. Very happy despite the coffee and half asked breakfast buffet breakfast
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent one day...the other 2 days it seemed like they were doing the bare minimum. There was no meat with the eggs, no milk in the cooler, no half and half for the coffee. The coffee was horrible. It didn't even taste like coffee. I would definitely recommend they change the brand they're currently using. Coffee is important in the morning and this coffee was really bad. Other than that, the place itself was lovely, clean, spacious, classy and totally worth the cost...which was very affordable. We will come again next time we visit. The manager was very friendly and competent.

Cons:

The coffee!!! IT WAS TERRIBLE. 2 of the 3 breakfasts were lacking meat, milk and half and half. The buffet seemed rushed, lacking and lazy...like they gave us the bare minimum.

With a few tweaks , this could be an excellent place
Pros:

The room was very clean and large , and even the bathroom was large.

Cons:

The hot water in the shower was only warm . The breakfast buffet was a fail. The eggs were not mixed well and were cold.The coffee machine was broken.There was not much there available for people who need gluten-free food like myself.And if there was , it was not labeled.

Complete Lack of Compassionate Customer Service
Pros:

Be careful in dealing with this hotel. When I booked, the information provided was "free cancellation until July 26". What this actually meant apparently was that the cancellation was free until midnight on July 25. Because of this, I lost 61% of my booking fee. When I requested a free cancellation, they denied it, despite my explanation of the unclear language and the fact that it was still over a month away from the actual reservation date. Compassion is, in my opinion, a big part of customer service. This business establishment has none.

Quality hotel, coffee not great.
Pros:

Great location, real quality hotel. Great front desk staff and breakfast staff.

Cons:

Room had a strong deodorizer smell. Coffee in the morning was bad. Magnetic strip door locks erase easily if they are kept next to your phone.

I booked, the spa suite, and the young lady at the front desk gave me the basic room, after walking to the room and realizing this was not the room I had paid for walked back to the front desk and was able to get the correct room

The long walk from the wrong room I was initially given to the front desk
