The service and staff was excellent. The room was close to the lobby and venue.
Great hotel. For the price you will not find a better hotel in the area. The room was spacious and extremely clean. The extra touches were over the top such as the Kleenex box made into a flower arrangement with the tissues. With that being said, there a few things to note. Trying to figure out how to turn on the shower was nearly impossible. I had to get dressed and go down and ask at the front desk ( the faucet pulls out). I was on the 2nd floor and the folks above me the noise was really bad. Ask to be on the third floor floor. The walls are thin and there are gaps around the door so you get heavy hallway noice and noise from the other rooms. Worst for me was you have no control over room temp. Temp set at 72. You want it colder you have to turn off the heat. Finally when leaving Donna was on her cell phone and was very apparent I was a bother to her. The person who checked me in was incredible. I would for sure stay here again as for the price there is no place that even comes close. You even get free breakfast 😊
Lobby areas were clean, well maintained. Room was old, heating was iffy… bathroom had loose tiles and generally old and in need of repair
Room was cold — very old and bathroom in need of updating + repair
The staff were friendly and warm and we stayed during a winter storm that had cancelled our earlier flights. Our stay somewhere lovely made up some wheat for the earlier experiences.
It was fine for a night!
Breakfast was delicious. The room was clean and neat. The staff was courteous and professional
There was no tv channel guide printed on paper. The room is dimly lit.
Inexpensive hotel for the area.
Decor is drab. Beds too soft. Room hard to keep warm and the lights were not very bright. Breakfast was not great. Coffee was okay but the milk and cream for the coffee tasted off. The room safe was broken. Basically you can feel that every corner has been cut to keep costs down, so it feels a little sad to stay there.
Variedad en el desayuno
The location, parking lot, and room was decent.
I was given a room across the hallway from a long-term guest and, for some reason, the room remained open and the TV was blaring for the entire day into the night. When asked if they could request the guest at least close their door, the person who went to speak to guest in room 129 told them other guests are asking if they could close their door. WHAT?! It should have been handled as a noise disturbance and the guest's door made to shut. If there was a circulation problem, maintenance should have addressed that and not let it disrupt other guests. But, instead, the long-term guest was allowed to only slightly close their door and leave the TV blaring-with the request being put on other guests rather than the fact that they were being disruptive.
The room was very clean and the AC worked well. These are my two highest priorities. I also really liked having a bathtub, altho I don't know if all rooms have them. I liked the spaciousness of the room. It was quiet-no outside noise.
I was greatly disappointed in the availability of TV channels and the remote for the TV. For the cost I paid I was expecting more free channels, and a voice activated remote control. I stayed at your hotel as an indulgence, and I was unable to access many of the channels I was wanting to watch.
Tea selection at breakfast was disappointing, with only lipton black tea, and lipton decaffeinated black tea. Every other hotel I have stayed at has herbal teas and green teas such as peppermint, chamomile, lemon. These are standard. Breakfast options were limited. Other places I have stayed include fruit salad, hard boiled eggs as examples.
Friendliness
None
Location - near restaurants and a huge park.
Gardening was attractive; lobby and dining area and patio all accessible
And pleasant.
Printer in “business center” (just one computer and printer) didn’t function and no one could help me. Front desk business like, okay but not that friendly.
The hotel was very clean and quiet. The front desk staff were very welcoming too. I liked the reception area. It was a nice place to meet and hang out after we arrived. The room was very nice and spacious. We had a king bed room. If I return to this area again, I will definitely stay here again.
The light is the bedroom was a little dim. It would be better to use a higher wattage bulb.
That was the only thing and it was a minor thing.
Easy access. Nice facility. Quiet evening.
Charge a $30 pet fee and didn’t have a pet
Staff at breakfast kept telling people don’t take too much food
