Pros:

Great location & neighborhood, great restaurants that are convenient to the hotel.

Short stay - pretty decent. Anything longer would start getting uncomfortable.
Pros:

The location is great, super close to the main street and a park.
The rooms and facilities were clean. Seems like a mostly well kept hotel.

Cons:

Breakfast is lacking - the breakfast meat I'm pretty sure was "SPAM" (canned meat). It looked gross and inedible.
Otherwise it was bagels, eggs, cereal. I would call it "ok-ish"
The AC in the rooms are OLD - and you can smell that. The whole room smells stale. They are also super loud, old , in wall type units.
The shower heads are awful - for women trying to wash their hair - it's really tough.

Decent enough hotel, quiet and comfortable rooms, good breakfast.
Pros:

The breakfast was good for a buffet of this type of continental. A nice supply of pastries.

Cons:

Terrible wifi/no on-site restaurant. The Wi-Fi was terrible and kept kicking me off. I was unable to do any work. Also, the write-up states an on-site restaurant. I was travelling by myself, and this is why I chose the hotel. The restaurant has been closed for a year. They should fix this in their description.

The facility is adequate and equivalent to a typical budget hotel. Which it is not.
Pros:

The breakfast was on par with what I would expect at a much less expensive property.

Cons:

The shower delivered only tepid water. The biggest disappointment was the fitness room. Very old equipment and 4 of the 5 pieces of cardio equipment were not functioning. Nor was the water dispenser. Fortunately I was the only one in the room so could use the one operating machine. As a topper, the door was hanging wide open since the locking mechanism and door knob appeared to have been forcefully removed.

It was a very nice hotel and had a variety of breakfast choices.
Pros:

Nice location I felt safe walking around the area and there were plenty of restaurants within walking distance.

Cons:

The key card for the room would randomly stop working so we would have to go to the front desk to get it recoded.

The room was clean

Cons:

The flow of water in the sink faucet was extremely slow and wasn't even luke warm. I could hardly get enough water flow to wash my face.

Very Clean, Great Location
