Very Clean, Great Location
Pros:

Entire hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly. It was a great location for a concert at The Wellmont Theater!

Had a worst experience.
Pros:

The location was not bad.

Cons:

The white young guy was at the front desk. I felt racism; he was so rude, not welcoming at all. I wouldn't visit here again and would never recommend anyone to visit this place. I felt so bad because of that guy.

lobby and breakfast areas were large, comfortable , bright and nicely decorated. Good breakfast. Family staff
