Mediocre Stay
Pros:

The location, close to the waterfront front was nice.

Cons:

We froze in our room, likely because our room was in the basement, however, the whole hotel was cold. The hotel and room was not clean.
There was no onsite parking and nowhere to temporarily park to check in and drop off luggage. The breakfast was stale and tasted like bananas.

Easy, quick fast, affordable, comfortable, and staying there for a week in March
Pros:

This time was just a one night stay but room and bed was great.

Cons:

Parking is a bit of an issue there’s parking in the back of the hotel. Just not sure if there’s enough if the hotel is actually full.

Very pleasant and VERY quiet.
Pros:

This seems to be an old hotel that has been recently renovated to become and upscale, almost a deluxe hotel. Let me explain: Our room was small and the hallways were a bit confusing (like an older hotel) but the bathroom was very clean, bright and modern. The sleeping area was a bit crowded but the clothes closet, TV, headboard and general finishes were all upscale and definitely not not like a "Dollar Hotel". The window had three (THREE) pull-down blinds to absolutely shut out the morning sun if you wished to sleet in.
Also, there are lots of interesting shops and cafe's within a 5 minute walk like the Mariposa Market on Mississauga St.

Cons:

Unfortunately, they don't have many on-site parking spaces but they do have a large off-site parking lot only a block away. That was absolutely fine for us (aged 70+), but older or handicapped people may have trouble.

Good for what I needed but could have been a bit better.
Pros:

Location was fantastic. Breakfast was good and available a bit before 7 a.m.

Cons:

There is tealky not enough oarking for all thd guests on site. Alternate oarking is 2 blocks away. The staff person who checked me in was a bit off-hand.

hotel is very noise at night time

Cons:

I didn't like the noise, some teenagers were running around and slamming the doors, we did complaiend to the front desk but they didn't do anything.

Cons:

A notre arrivée le réceptionniste nous a prévenu qu'en plus du règlement du séjour nous serions débité du montant d'une caution (le montant pas très clair mais il nous a semblé élevé). Cette caution nous serait rendue plus tard, sans précision de date. Cette manière défaire nous a profondément choqué.
