It was decent but not worth the price.
Pros:

Cons:

The parking is awful. We had to park a block away. At least have a parking spot just to register.

Have to give a shout out to the evening front desk, staff Nathaniel, who was friendly helpful and went above and beyond

L’emplacement géographique

Cons:

La propreté, l’hotel n’était pas propre, ni dans les corridors, ni les murs, ni les portes, la salle de bain non plus, la chambre était sale comme le reste… c’était dégeulasse. Meme l’extérieur de l’hôtel est mal entretenu et sale. Je vous ai écrit pour modifier les dates de séjour pour ne pas demeurer dans cet endroit et personne ne m’a répondu. AUCUN service à la clientèle de votre part. Je suis terriblement fâchée et je ne pense pas faire affaire avec vous à nouveau. Croyez moi je vais partager comment vous m’avez (pas) traitée!
Le déjeuner était tellement frugal qu’on ne peut même pas appeler ce que l’hotel offrait comme un déjeuner.
Un seul membre du personnel croisé a été courtois.
Bref une expérience à oublier

A place to stay if transmitting through Orillia.
Cons:

Rear entrance from parking lot was not nice. Parking was tight. Room was small. Some linens did not appear fresh. Alarm clock went off at 4:30, even though I did not use it. A/C heat system was loud and did not seem to respond to the controls - I had to unplug it. Breakfast was marginal.

Pros:

Staff were nice and close to shops and restaurants.

Cons:

Small room, garbage piled up in and around the dumpster in the parking lot. We’re told by the staff at the Social restaurant that the area is unsafe and not to leave anything in your car. Limited parking spots.

Cons:

We had an overflow parking lot at the Wolf Café in a dark , unlit neighborhood.
Our car was damaged , somebody wanted to break in our car.
At the driver’s side there were deep scratches on the door.
We reported it at the hotel bug we are still waiting for a reply

Perfect location, very good bed
Pros:

Perfect location, very good bed. We had bicycles and they accommodated our bicycles without any problem.

Cons:

We had a basement room, it's a bit claustrophobic, but we knew that when we booked it.
