Séjour d’une nuit. Le parking et le petit déjeuner sont compris. Mention spéciale pour la machine à pancake. Pas beaucou

L’emplacement était bien, le petit déjeuner simple était inclus. Le parking inclus aussi. Et l’emplacement, juste à côté du lac.

Cons:

On entendait le couloir toute la nuit, comme si on dormait dans le couloir.

Individuelles Hotel in Seenähe. Kleine Zimmer, mäßig sauber.
Pros:

Ordentliches Hotel in seenaher Lage. Parkplatz am Haus. Komplikationsloser Check-in/Check-Out. Freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Zimmer mit zwei Queen Size-Betten arg vollgestellt. Nicht ganz sauber (Haare, Flusen, Insekten).

I’ve stayed at a number of hotels and this is the first one I’ve did a review.
Pros:

The staff was welcoming

Cons:

1st off we were given a room that was a converted closet, it’s was small and you had to squeeze between the bed and tv mounted on the wall !
When we went out and the door wouldn’t lock, we were then given a disability room . The next day we went for breakfast and there wasn’t any sausage, hash browns or eggs that was at 8.45 breakfast ended at 10

Excellent close to waterfront
Pros:

Location one block from waterfront excellent

Cons:

Breakfast hot items wait time to bring out to buffet due to staff shortage, front desk receptionist covering front desk and breakfast buffet , would of been better had there been additional staff at least to cover breakfast hours , also inadequate space tables to sit at during weekend when hotel full

Pros:

The bed was comfortable.
The location was excellent, especially if you were there to walk around the main area of Orillia.
The staff was friendly.

Cons:

There seemed to be only one person working at the front desk during breakfast which led to her having to check people out, restock the whole breakfast area, and do the garbages etc... it was a lot for her to do (however, she did it well and with a calm attitude).

We have been coming to this location for the passed 3 years, this year we were disappointed.
Pros:

We have stayed here 3 times now. Great location.
Room could have been cleaner. The room needs a good vacuuming and cleaning to be rated clean. There was dog hair and crumbs under the 'desk' under the TV and there was something sticky on the top of the fridge table top.The breakfast in the past was much much better. There were no eggs this morning. The day before there was no bacon or sausage, not sure which because there was none.

Cons:

Disappointed in the breakfast this time. :( Room could have been cleaner overall.

Staying in the basement for $300 is not ideal. Bring That didn’t show when I booked it, only afterwards which meant it was very loud with cars passing. Also breakfast options were very limited … there were no hot items just empty hot trays at 8:45am and refilling took very long that my husband and I ended up eating bagels were cream cheese. Paying $300 there should be better options. The toilet in room 102 took about 5 minutes to actually flush so it ran loudly for that amount of time. Shower had lots of rust on the bottom tiles.

Pros:

Breakfast was replenished throughout the morning. There was more than enough. The room was clean and had everything we needed. We asked for a wine glass and the front desk actually found us one! They were very accommodating.

Cons:

Room was a tad small - two queen beds, but we were there just to sleep and move on, so it was fine.
