The staff was great. Location was great. It was the food the water was cold - the breakfast was horrible. I was so disap

Even though they were renovating they kept it clean - I like want they did to the room on the 3 floor.

Cons:

Breakfast you have to do some much better . It was horrible the potatoes were cold and hard - not enough variety. I had better breakfast at other location . And the hours were ridiculous for a Monday.

Cons:

With all the noise on Sunday and Monday morning, I wasn't able to sleep well. But I understand that the hotel is under renovation

The experience was great. Loved the accomodations, friendly staff, yummy breakfast, and location
Pros:

I loved the location of the property, the price for two nights was great and affordable for me being a single mom earning a low income. I also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast.

Cons:

When I had first checked in we were put on the first level which I'm sure the person who put us there thought it was convenient for me and my son to access the pool and the main lobby. However, the room was old the lighting was very dim, the door didn't have a lock traveling for the first time as a single mom with my 5-year-old son I was already nervous as is... Safety is always my main priority. The front desk was kind enough to resolve our issue and move us to another room that was renovated has a lock with better lighting same amount of space and a nice clean room and restroom. I did ask the cleaning lady if I could give her the towels she said someone would come to the room and clean it and take the old towels. No one came in and cleaned or brought me towels. I didn't say anything since my sin and I had come back late from our day trip and were exhausted plus we had only used the towels once but some fresh new towels would have been nice.

We had fun
Pros:

Make sure there is a quantity of food. So everyone would be able to get some. I like the waffle maker and how there was coffee, cereal and juices.

Cons:

The bathroom tub didn't have hot water only the sink. Other than that everything was fine. Our favorite area was the pool and Jacuzzi
